March 17 2020

And we roll. Not lol. RAin again lol. Occasional Thunder and lightning.

Im learning about pink board. It has R value. Then u got Lewwan and dry wall. If pink board is attractive I want it. This isnt women.

I saw where PINK does pasta2 reduce stress. It's quite the workout I guess making pasta and beating, kneading, rolling it with that rolling pin. I can c where that could b healthful in just the making of. Then u could make a making of documentary. The Making of The Making Of Pasta.

March 16. 2020

March on. Life isandthenu.

Rain out the whole week looks like. "IT's death on a stick mate."

I stand like Swayze in the fifty year storm. But there is always a Keannu.

Remodeling. My house burned. So I'm putting an apartment on my shop. It's being professionally done, I will show u soon.

Rivers r up. soon it will b time4 Warm Fork and South Fork, Jack's Fork, ARchies spork.

Corona Virus and complete crash of the Stock Market. so much since I last blogged. ONly a few cases in Arkansas right now, the general consensus is intermingle very little and maybe the virus will die out in a couple months.

All sports canceled. Schools closed. Attendance down in churches and bars, restaurants

I was putting 2gether a new Blue Collar Jam and started booking talent and then it just hit me, no next month is not wise. Give this thing some time.

I'm maintaining trucks, I'm keeping a fire going, equipment red e2 get back2 work when this rain stops next week prolly.

So maybe with this virus it would b wise2 b out in National Forest. I could get on Buffalo4 2weeks. Eleven Point4 one week. Current4 three weeks. LEts c thats six weeks, so I would still need2 b out many more weeks. The river is all I need. As long as I have my wet suit. And a match.

I need a dog. Or a woman with a dog. One pretty lady has a cocker spaniel named banjo and they go on adventures but a rebel river adventure is a little extreme. Many women have accompanied me.

Flowers floating among moonlight lately. Pear, quince, peach, plum, forsythia, northern magnolia...

T Rump 2day. There is no such thing As Corinavirus. Invest in the stock market. Vulture capitalism is the way. Jesus would b a vulture capitalist.

Obama caused this repos will say. When he set up that CDC or pandemic response team he was really getting red e2 release it with Bidens permission but Hillary busy abducting grade schoolers4 sex slavery and routinely performing up2 a dozen abortions every night4 extra cash.

This is exactly what repos did in Benghazi. They cut funding4 embassy security2 put the screws2 Obama. Blame it on HIllary, frame her with Russia and Fox in tow or leading the pack. Now its cut the pandemic response team then blame Obama. Cheeto Mussolini and his obsession with a better man and better president.

Right wingers continue2 flout the virus, because that was T Rumps vibe until the declaration of emergency. What a sick joke he is.

Uncle Tom Cotton threatens war with China over the virus. He also threatens war with Iran over the virus. HE also implies Dums did all this2 damage T Rump. Cotton is said2 b a likely choice of Running Mate when T rump throws Pence under the bus after putting him in charge of the virus response, and proceedings bungling along as expected when life long scientists are replaced with cronies.

Seems T Rump offered A german vaccine company a cool Billion? or was it a trillion? 4 us2 have the vaccine. ONly us.

More lightning and thunder moving in this dark night. More rain. I don't mind. The creeks will b murmuring approval, babbling happily. Water tables rising like the proverbial MOJO. Juju petals awaits, we will roar approval, willows will tremble...

i have worked lately, a broken red oak comes2 mind, two loblolly pines, part of a split ash,.. I figure when it dries out I will have plenty2 do...

I hit the mountain bike and Ebike a few times lately. Tryna get back n2 it.

STay tuned vets.

                                    The view from my camper.

March 4 2020.

March on. And we roll. Nice Rebel Tree Care jobs 2day in Cherokee Village. First up was Lake Thunderbird, a gangly shagbark hickory needed big reduction. It was a smallish tree, but tricky enough. Up next was a large ash all over the house. Meticulously we removed branches small and large over the house, several had been cut back2 the roof line by a chump. Classic non standard scam. In the mix was a quick trim from the ground of a large red oak, then lake side it was quick trims from the ground of a large ash, statuesque persimmon, bushy maple, and apple. Nice morning.

After lunch @ Chow we moved over2 the North Golf Course, up a large red oak, fairly large climb and reduction over parking. In the mix was quick trim of another large red oak and dropping a long dead red oak by the fence out back. We crawled home with plenty of firewood and chips.

US forces attack Taliban hours after T Rump announces truce/problem solved easily.

Another Medicaid work requirement nixed by federal judge. Seems making disabled applicants "jump through a set of three concentric flaming hoops in a funny mascot costume like Will Ferrel in Old School," was deemed inappropriate and contrary2 the stated mission of the deparment.

White House documents said by Huckster Sanders2 b declassified. But. We. Can't c. Them. They are not classified. We Just can't view them. End of story. Awkward.

Senate repos relaunch Biden probe. Minutes after his Super Tuesday wins were confirmed. Nothing political here. Just crime fighters, corruption police.

T Rump 2day: Problems with Coronavirus response are Obama's fault. Eleven people dead in mainland US, killed by this dum hoax just2 "get" T Rump. Its a cover up, a distraction, from the fact that T Rump fired the pandemic response team. Just. Because. Obama. Initiated. It.

Texas show cases classic voter suppression. Long lines and closed voting areas in Latino and Black districts. Rich repo districts featured zero wait times and valet parking, refreshments and massages. Black colleges had2 w8 even longer, averaging six hours.

In the midst of renewed war and coronavirus threats, T Rump released another childish twitter barrage, mocking Elizabeth Warren and everyone else as losers.

T Rump2 offer "medicare for all," during the coronavirus crisis, but only temporary. "Even if we pass Medicare4 none, university health care, whatever, he tweeted, repos will make damn sure. That. Preexisting. Conditions. R. Not. Covered."

Nashville ripped up by tornados. Many dead and missing.

Im pumped about maybe getting on a river in a couple weeks. Warm Fork Crossing. Better get my Missouri Fishing license soon. Guess I just get a year long or whatever those weekend passes eat up cash. Plus I gotta get real up2 date on bass season.

Here is the story journal veterans may or may not recall and maybe it's unwise2 brag about a federal crime but I put in @ Thomasville a few years ago, in April or May, catching larger small mouths and putting them on the stringer2 tow along on Eleven Point River. I read the Missouri fishing book carefully, but not carefully enough. @ a public campground I showed my sweet stringer of Two and Three pound Small mouths, I planned2 eat a couple, store a couple, and maybe release some. A local couple said I should probably hide the stringer because if a Game Warden saw them I was in big trouble. I said why I read the book they are all legal size yada yada. I even showed them the book2 confirm I was legal. But they pointed out an asterisk. That asterisk meant that the fish were legal during bass season. Which. Started three weeks later around Memorial Day.

So I let them go, although I did build a fire downstream of the camp and cooked a couple up. I think I will do enclosed minnow buckets, fill them with a few shiners and put tiny bluegill in it4 a meal or limb line bait. I can't b pulling a stringer around, the drag kills u in a canoe, so I'm getting pretty quick @ cleaning fish and getting them n2 a Cooler. I can do it floating but I usually pull over on a sand bar. I need better skills @ filleting. Fillet show is important.

I also need better throw net skills. Every year It takes me a while2 really get a spiral and connect with the net. Sure I catch a few odd creatures but I need2 b deadly accurate and quick with it, cos an instant bucket of shiners or other finds needs2 b routine. Maybe I need2 get out on the river with Scott Griffin.

I'm thinking seriously of starting up east of Koshkonong Missouri on the Warm Fork. Warm Fork conservation area. No one does that. It's usually bone dry. But everything is a little up right now if she will just b patient I will paddle her.

One of the biggest hazards in this game of wilderness rivers r thorny strainers. Vicious banks of thorns blocking an entire river. sometimes u have2 abandon ship, capsized the ship on purpose, and use he bottom, or top as a fender2 protect urself and gear from puncture from honey locust or ripped and torn by osage orange.

I'm usually ready2 abandon ship. Even in winter I can handle it. I mean I can get over beaver dams without getting my feet wet and such but sometimes u have2 just jam up dig ur heels in. That Thomasville run usually has portages around downed trees blocking the river.

I can rescue lost paddles and other flotsam in winter that other floaters if there are any wont bother with. I can help Darryl when his little kayak trailer gets wrapped around something and I can retrieve favorite fishing lures. If its very cold I wear a wet suit and a rain suit. With this combination u will b comfortable and warm even when wet on a thirty degree day or night. And when out of the water u will not feel the chillest winds. Wool socks help2.

February 18 2020

And we roll. Rain falling steadily. Earlier it was sleeting profusely. Early we were rigging a tall red oak over a fine home on Spring River. Curtain of white water stretching, framing our work site. As we waited4 the power and cable2 show, I got n2 a sturdy tall white oak, raising it up, removing lower branches. Then another more massive white oak over the river, taking large dead and a large low hanging branch4 a better view.

Then the main event, the tall red oak slammed down right on target. I even managed2 miss a dogwood that seemed surely doomed.

So we r plugging along, knocking jobs out every morning it's not raining.

Now it is 2000 members of past justice departments clamoring4 Barr's resignation.

Plus an emergency meeting of federal judges. This as T Rump contines2 claim Mexico is paying4 the wall. Continues2 tweet and intimidate witnesses, obstruct justice, etc.

T Rump pardons former illinois Governor Rod Blogobitch. That figures. Quid Pro Quo2 all the bitches out there.

T Rump pardons Michael Milken. Another high profile distraction. More proof or his war on corruption.

T Rumps threatens2 sue everyone involved with the Mueller probe. He and Devin Nunes are promising2 sue "all dumocrats", sometime next week.

Rain slows and ends.

Kodi wearing my old letter jacket.

January 13 2020

And we roll. Rough and tough in the urban forest. Spring River rolled and roiled below, mocha brown and creme with laser white white water. Falls roared as I climbed spikeless up close2 eighty feet. I removed a huge white oak branch over the house. It was brutal and meticulous.

That was the second tree. The first was a post oak leaning, curving over the house. Those are particularly nerve racking because if u look down there is nothing but ground. Stone patio. The trunk u climbed is thirty feet back. Plus I had2 rig and remove some seriously weighty branches. But it was sturdy I could tell right away. But I still took some precautions the cowboys might not: smaller pieces, double tied, manual pole saw work...etc...

I use ascenders and ladders but no spikes so sometimes it takes a little while. The first was fifty or sixty above, the second seventy or eighty, 2moro is a couple tulip trees over the house where my tie in point will again b close2 eighty. And even closer2 the river so thats a plus. Except4 communication with the ground. With falls roaring it's tough2 holler back and forth. Luckily I have an experienced guy right now.

So T Rump, now racing 2ward the coveted sixteen thousand lie plateau told one of the biggest, most easily proven lie he has ever been guilty of. PLus it ties in with obsession with Obama.

Yesterday he tweeted that he was responsible4 PreExisting Conditions being protected.. This is flagrant and excessive use of falsehood. Wrong on so many levels, not the least of which is it takes credit4 what a real man, his predecessor, fought and scratched4, bloodied and bruised politically Obama held firm4 ppl w pre x. Period. T Rump sucks orange anus.

I mean I don't get all these repos who say they hate liars. But love them some T Rump. Hypocrisy on high.

Christians who support him. Prop him up. Cover him up. Kiss him good night. This strengthens Muslims because few of them support him. And that pisses off the bigoted right. The Holy Warriors. The use my tax$2 fund killing only Muslim babies.

Is T Rump a Christian? ONly God knows but I think man can b sure T Rump is no Muslim.

So enjoy ur eight drink holders. We still make the biggest cars on the planet and r chicks have the biggest boobs. We are exceptional and superior and T Rump proves that. White inferiority? How do u explain this assuming there r future generations?

TESLA must b rolling over in his shallow grave. BEETHOVEN2. All the magnetic and alternative power innovators that disappeared. The inventor of the hemp decorticator also disappeared. Bio Diesel was the way. Demonized with false science and advertising. We let Madison avenue decide how white our shirts should b. Which cigarette2 smoke, which brand identity, which loyalty2 what corporation.

The hemp decorticator if that is the right spelling or pronunciation, was doing4 hemp what the cotton gin(and slavery had done4 cotton.

Featured on the cover of Popular Mechanics, hemp and it's many products were showcased, the article explained that hemp was2 b the "savior of the family farm."

But2 do so would destroy the domination of chemical conglomerates such as but not limited2: Standard Oil, DuPont, and Hearst.

Hemp needed no fertilizer, herbicide, insecticide, fungicide or watering2 quickly mature n2 a lush crop. Hemp roots break up the soil4 the next years planting.

In addition2 cutting those four polluting chemicals that cotton needed2 grow fiber, hemp paper needed no bleach or glue as did wood pulp paper. This dismayed Hearst as he held vast timber holdings he planned2 supply paper4 his nation wide syndicate of newspapers. He was also heavily invested with DuPont  in bleach and glues, and the lack of regulation involved in disposing of dangerous by products and waste.

Gasoline companies didn't want hemp, with hemp diesel farmers could basically fuel their own tractors and trucks.

Banks didn't want farmers being successful, they couldn't scoop up family farms as they failed.

Down the line. Pharmaceutical companies didn't want it legal, people would medicate them selves and would not get hooked on their opiod blends of drug cocktails. The aggressive law enforcement apparatus wanted pot and hemp illegal. Without this new villian they could not justify the massive contracting of private and public prisons. A large percentage of judges, lawyers, bailiffs, jailers, police, secretaries, etc. would b unneeded.

With alcohol recently legalized and the law apparatus searching4 a villain, pot and hemp were made illegal in a midnight session of congress, with Hearst fueled sensational stories taking precedence over the one American Medical Association rep who pleaded not2 take this medicine away from humanity, the pleading of a small farmer2 stop this restrictive, choking of his livelihood. This was one month after the Popular Mechanics story in nineteen thirty seven. Boom.

Millions of people locked away or killed4 a bogus war on people. Pollution and unnatural chemicals heavy in our life, making illness and inequality.

We should make a natural guard. Instead of sending our National Guard2 Iraq in a bogus war4 oil supremacy, a holy war of Christians killing Muslims, we should send troops2 polluted rivers, they would scientifically test and examine our waters and use sensible law enforcement techniques2 isolate and identify polluters.

Arkansas Governor Hutchinson vows2 accept refugees in responce2 Texas banning them yesterday. Good on him. He's basically on his way out anyway so why not do the right thing. It's already hurting him politically as the rabid right is frothing @ the mouth. But he is almost done with a storied career. Prosecutor in Mena. He was so good @ Saying No2 Drugs he went national under Iran/Contra Bush. But they saved the blue dress2 get Clinton.

Ok i better stop so I can rest.

January 11 2020

And the river rolls. Fine rolling class three or four rapids. Viscous whips of quick wandering rip currents. Islands and trees straining, slowly showing more as floodlines recede.

So I've had my awesome power fix. Meditating. Standing long moments.

Now it is Ecovery. Recovery continues. I'm moving better, ready2 tackle trees. Plenty on tap.

I piddle, quick and efficient with cordless drill and drivers. Life is... Wet... Get er done.

January 10 2020

Vision. Rain. Heavy @ times. Yesterday2. Flash flood warnings etc. Thunder rolled by some time was it this morning?

I been in bed since we got done with WEdnesdays job. Arthritis and the like has attacked with a vengeance. I feel a little better each day and should b red e4 Monday. I better cos I have a packed calender4 the next month and beyond.

So I'm just keeping the fires going, that in itself has been a challenge. Uh oh. I said has been.

Koko is giving birth.

socialist president buying farmers off. He presented a whole new set of flaming hoops4 disability recipients2 jump through. God's chosen politician also, in the same bill that hands out socialist give aways2 farmers, cuts food stamps.

The gigantic tax cuts4 the extremely rich blew a hole in the deficit. Now the poor must sacrifice.

Now he is all about the intelligence. Intelligence said Iran was about2 strike. Intelligence said yada that and yada this in a rambling excuse changing by the hour. But just last night he was railing about how the intelligence community is on the take, they are treasonous, anti American liars out2 get him.

T Rump and Barrs big investigation n2 HIllary Clinton, the fortieth or so hoax witch hunt ends with a quiet thud. Again, no finding of criminality by her, only that she was a good public servant. But that part is redacted.

January 8 2020

And we rock. Not. Quiet. Ecovery. Brutal morning in trees. Early I was headed up a tall post oak way over a Cherokee Village home. Rigging and roping, removing large branches over the house and wires, AC unit etc. In the mix was a sprawling elm and double box elder.

Then it was a gnarly hickory rife with old damage and rot. I went way up, relieving the top of one half the weight by dropping a large side of a fork n2 the yard. From there it was nip and tuck, wire clearance and yard clearance. Saul Goode.

January 7 2020

And we roll. Quiet night. Except4 the ringing in my ears.

Another big day of Rebel Tree Care. Early I was fifty feet up a curving, leaning post oak near a fine Cherokee Village home on Lake Sequoyah.

That one was quick, once I ascended spikeless up n2 the canopy the slicing and dicing began, no rigging needed. The clients watched huge branches flying down just outside their breakfast nook window. Finishing collar cuts and working my way down...

Over2 a double sycamore @ the water line. Again, up forty or fifty feet and relieving the tree of a heavy codominant stem. Splashing n2 the lake we would fish it out later. A Few more, some lower4 fishing clearance...

The other side was over obstacles: fishing pier, ornamental bench, canoe... We rigged these4 safety...

Quick trim of a post oak on the house, removing a crowding mulberry.... Moron tap 2moro...

January 6 2019

And we roll. Pruning season is on. The first of many brutal jobs on tap went down 2day. First up was a large post oak. Lake Sequoyah in Cherokee Village was quiet as we got2 work. First ascending spikeless as always up about fifty feet2 reduce it; taking several large branches 2ward the house, combing and trimming on down2 the ground...

Getting safely aloft and positioned was difficult.

Then it was couple of hickories, tall and thin. Shaggy bark tormented and troubled moving up, snagging on straps and lanyards yada yada...

Each of these required rigging and reduction operating up about fifty feet.

Lastly a huge sycamore lakeside. This time the tormenter was vines. Way up fifty, maybe sixty feet I took large limbs off, combing and wrestling vines. 2put it mildly I was stressed out by the time I touched down. Saul Goode now. MOron tap 2moro and all month.

Repos commit war crimes. Huge surprise. T Rump threatens 2 commit more war crimes. Exactly who r the terrorists?

Bolton offers2 testify. Moscow Bitch was caught on a hot mic: "o God no. He knows everything. I may have2 fake a heart attack in session."

Australia burning. The entire continent. T Rump tweeted that maybe they should have raked their forest like he said in his book.

They are getting a good rain in some parts of the country. New Zealand demands their guns back.

Pompeo pissed that our allies are not on board with annihilating Iran. They bent over backwards2 construct and implement a solid deal with Iran and T Rump tore it up, insulting and belittling each and every ally.

YEsterday Iran announced they will no longer abide by the deal, already enriching uranium again. North Korea is getting better missiles daily. Russia, China, and Iran are conducting war games. Holy war games.

Here is a random blog I found. I don't know if it's published or not.

It doesn't have a date but seems2 b recent.

He says San Diego wanted a wall. The repo mayor and everyone else is opposed2 it.

He claims dums want open borders. Even the most radical dums dont' want open borders.

Heres the best one. He claims he protects ppl with preexisting conditions. His so called plan would have destroyed those protections. He is actively undermining and sabotaging the Affordable Care Act. The only place those protections are found. Aka ObamaCare.

He says China is eating the tariffs. In fact the American Consumers are eating the tariffs.

There are many more examples of easily proven lies in last nights speech and every speech or tweet Cheeto Mussolini spouts. And then there are the exaggerations. If something is forty million he says eighty if that sounds better. Every figure or year he spouts is incrementally higher each time he tells the lie. Each time he tells a lie it grows, devours the souls of pathetic Fox/Russia viewers, uses their energy2 become monstrosities. And the monstrosity king of lies rolls on unabated and unchecked, unbalanced. He's a whiner and a fraud.

Moscow Bitch finally decides2 let a few bucks loose and start maybe looking n2 maybe some election security maybe.

Another lie T Rump told last night concerned Obama's appointment of judges and posts. No yeah that was Bitch McConnel, sworn enema of democracy. C T Rump wont nominate or vet candidates4 judgeships and posts, leaving hundreds of ambassadorships and heads of departments vacant.

He doesn't need them anyway, being the smartest person in history and all. He doesn't need the briefs. He digs boxers.

He claims human trafficking occurs in the desert. His own agencies tell him and us that only a small percentage enter America this way, most come through ports of entry and air ports.

He claims he ended Obama's war on energy and made us number one in oil and natural gas. In reality we became number one in those fields while Obama was president in 2012.

So now it's T Rump vs. Intelligence... Stay tuned...Auto workers stripped of health insurance.

So if Iran hit The Suadis that means they had2 fly twelve drones in formation directly over the US fleets of destroyers and mega nuclear war ships and Carriers. Without. Us. Noticing. That is problematic. I mean we have Iran completely surrounded. We have hundreds of thousands of guns pointed @ Iran. We have sophisticated radar monitoring all of Irans borders. And yet we r supposed2 believe T Rump that IRan originated the hit on the refinery by flying drones directly over us? We are supposed2 believe T Rump @ all?

.

December 27 2019

And we roll. I guess I only blog after work. Kind of getting back n2 it now. This morning was a prominent business in Highland, reclaiming the parking lot etc. Removing via saw and chipper: cedar, sumac, privet, cherry... Vines plagued us all the way around the buildings... In the mix was heavy pruning: red oak, post oak, cedar, privet, walnut, prolly several more...

So it was kind of a restart as we head n2 the winter calendar. I'm ahead on fire wood, my gear in good shape...

T Rump @ war with Christianity. How dare Christians not suck up2 him? After he got Franklim Graham out of that porn star black mail ugliness? They owe him. Liberal Christian gun owners are offended T Rump is winning the war against New Years. He said @ a rally in Des Moines that Obama made it illegal2 say Happy New Year and that he was signing an executive order2 take. New. Years. Back. Believe him.

He's on track2 hit fifteen thousand lies around New YEar. And that's just since he has been in office. Yes I said has been.

So i inventory. Back up. My highlight of this year was playing against a professional basketball team. But playing frisbee and basketball with my nephews and niece Christmas day was special2.

He is the largest threat2 world peace. REpos are already a terrorist organization without him. As Russia readies2 sell Iran planes and weapons, benefiting from the soy bean sales2 China. Ukraine battles Russia, who occupies their Crimean territory. That's why the aid was so crucial, As rich boy T Rump dangles it, stalling it, Russia benefits. Herr Comrade.

T Rump takes Putins word over seventeen intelligence agencies. Putins puppet indeed. Even now Moscow Bitch McConnell protects Russia by blocking election security bills, obstructing justice, an obstruction deep in the bowels of America.

When a black President was in they would bring the government2 a stand still over fiscal responsibility. But with T Rumps giant tax cuts 4 billionaires are us, the deficit is ballistic and not one repo cares about that anymore.

y wouldn't repos b against expansion of social security. They were against Social security2 begin with. 2this day they claim that social security is well, socialism.

Much of the presidency is honor system. HIs whole spoiled life T rump perks up upon mention of the honor system. He loves the honor system. NO accountability. Free stuff. Let the suckers do the honor, he will loot the system. He will stuff his pockets immediately upon entering the room. And rifle the remainder afterward.

REpos pardoning criminals. In Kentucky the outgoing disgraced repo guv pardoned hundreds of criminals, one a child rapist who the guv said of the pre teen victim, "her hymen was still in place." Not a joke.

T Rump pardons a SEAL4 war crimes, causing numerous career brass2 quit. Many other SEALs call the guy "evil."

With Moscow Bitch pledging2 work in coordination with the president; and take an oath2 do impartial justice, which is a contradiction and conflict b4 the senate trial even begins, President Pelosi is stalling, threatening2 add more articles, or @ least let senate dums find a way3 enforce impartiality. T Rump says it is very unfair. Everything is unfair2 this snowflake fake president. They didn't get2 present their case. Because they defied subpoenas. They have no case anyway. Not one repo has offered a defense other than we think Biden did it.

He wants2 prosecute Adam Schiff4 a sarcastic remark. He makes a dozen sarcastic remarks on twitter. Sarcasm has no place in relationships. Or governing.

He says it would b ez2 fix homelessness. He wont' clarify though, just like it was going2 b ez2 fix ISIS and ez2 fix the Deficit, ez2 defeat china in a trade war. He still thinks China is paying the tariffs, when anyone who works or buys in America know that is the American consumers r paying4 the tariffs.

His projection, his I know u are so so what am I? his I'm rubber ur glue  is out of control. He called Pelosi a spoiled rich draft dodger, claimed Obama told seventeen thousand lies during his tenure, and called Shiff an orange douche bag.

He is playing bad poker with our $. His string of bankruptcies and his methods of spending more than he makes in a shell game is not working4 us. It is only about politics and appearances. HIs political instincts out weigh science and study, common sense and proof. He works day and night2 falsely discredit opposing view points and others who work day and night2 research and prove. Repo 101.

We must take no note of his words. If he is speaking, he is lying. some have taken2 searching4 a truth, any truth, in what he says. This lying abomination, this Christian false prophet must b taken down. The repo party must burn down. Or just burn the constitution. There is no middle ground.

So I'm slowly developing another chapter of Water Spider. About Cherokee in Arkansas seventeen forty nine.

Writing is tough. Even with computers. U have2 really organize and pay attention, sometimes u lose inspiration4 a project, and if u don't follow the project strictly u risk repetiveness or nonsensical time lines and loss of context. 4 instance sometimes as illustrated below I will b writing a chapter in novel flow, then suddenly rapping like in this journal. Like I will b describing the Arkansas Cherokee World of 1772 and mention Hiway 58. Water Spider occupies me, next step4 Rebel Word. Hand drawn maps of Old Cherokee country in Arkansas. Someday I would like2 revisit some older projects also.

EROSION. Thinking seriously of having a Blue Collar Jam in April. It's four twenty the whole month. Griffin Park was bandied about as a host site. Free camping.

Panadox will b prominent and I may offer2 do Panadox @ a coffee shop grand opening in Mammoth Spring this month. I... Dont' know if a new business would... Appreciate EROSION.

1749.

Georgia, formerly slave free, adopted a capitalist pro slavery market boom. U can bet Cherokees in the extreme north Georgia were watching.

Often escaped slaves would cause a ruckus appearing @ a Cherokee gathering, throwing themselves on the mercy of the tribe. Black African Cherokee became common.

That was the southern end of Cherokee territory, on the Northern End, the Ohio River, The Ohio company now owned the Konawha River in Virginia, now it would b West Virginia.

Cherokee had used Ohio River2 come here2 ARkansas for over fifty years @ that point. But with the onset of the French Indian War about seventeen forty nine, that river likely became2 dangerous, even with the fastest boats as the Cherokee still had, and traveling @ night across large bays as the Cherokee still did, and possessing guns as the Cherokee did.

The Tennessee River was also likely 2 dangerous, as Cherokee/Creek wars and Cherokee/Chickasaw wars flared. Deep on the Cumberland and Kentucky Rivers Cherokee lived in caves and used rules of war fare they would bring2 Arkansas: travel by canoe @ night, no burning of day light fires, night fires hidden, no axes, beating of metal, shouting, or gun shots. Actually the shouting thing was also in the code of ethic, which bound Cherokee2 abide by council decisions and not argue on forever. Banishment meant low chance of survival. Although some of Cherokee here in Arkansas were banished from back east. The original core of banished Shaman  lived on Saint Francis River in seventeen twenty one.

They joined cherokee already there, and here. This must have been the Keetoowahs, They and frenchmen got along and merged.

Dangerous Man had already established towns near Williford Arkansas and Paragould Arkansas by seventeen hundred. Powhatans and Delaware people Pocahontas ARkansas. Irish Cherokees and Powhatans populated Powhatan Arkansas in sixteen ninety six.

Pocahontas and Powhatan are located on the extreme edge of the Ozark escarpment, eastern portions of those towns are mississippi embayment or lowland swamp, open water or standing water in cypress forest.

These towns were "coastal" as This coalition considered the big swamps "the ocean." They knew that down south this big swamp, which featured a tide of a foot or more, gradually blended naturally n2 the Gulf of Mexico and thus the big blue ocean some Cherokees might have seen in Carolina.

The industry standard canoe Cherokees and Powhatan brought over the mountains2 the Ohio was born from intense competition on the outer banks of Carolina. this industry spurt was caused by the introduction of the metal adze by English in 1592. Within a few decades, canoe making accelerated, with shore line camps guarding secrets of the trade, and open competition proving or not. A Canoe had2 b able2 circumvent the Outer banks or Roanoke Island, including the rough Ocean on the East side. It must post an honest record setting time around a major island 2 b considered4 other positive traits such as shallow draft2 move over shallows, the weight must be practical4 portage and dragging or carrying, and stability, though proven in open ocean, must also b proven on rapids. All of this research and industry sharing among native tribes settled upon an unbeatable boat. This boat conquered the Atlantic Seaboard, and as Cherokee and Powhatan explored west they took this boat 2 the Ohio river via the konowha, and soon everyone, English and French, acknowledged this boat as the fastest in the interior of the continent also. So with fastest most adaptable boats, traveling @ night, and by sixteen ninety six, guns, Cherokee established towns that, while no longer Cherokee after 1812, still survive or thrive 2day: Pocahontas Arkansas a "seaboard town on the edge of vast open water know on some maps as Cherokee Bay. Since it is south of the Thirty Six Thirty line it was considered Cherokee by the English, French and Spanish, but likely numerous Shawnees and Delaware joined Cherokee and Powhatan there, with percentages of black and European, particularly English, who came west with Delaware, Irish, long infused in Cherokee and Shawnee culture, And French, who "owned" Arkansas. Powhatan, south of Spring River, then called southfork, were likely more full blooded Cherokee with numerous Powhatan and Irish. Strawberry River is just south of Powhatan, Irish Cherokee were moving up that river2 claim valleys4 peaceful farms and strengthen the web.

Scots would b more and more crucial. A fraternal scot named John Stuart would become superintendent of indian affairs4 England, he was inspired and innovative, crafting treaties with Little Carpenter, both were Beloved by Cherokee.

Many among the tribes were also Masons or Royal Scots, members of secret societies, so they knew the value and thrift of keeping a vast secret. This web, Water Spiders web, was a grand secret, the power that Shawnees and Delaware, Cherokees and Osages held grew quietly. America never knew what awaited them as they exterminated or chased Shawnees and Cherokee east of the Mississippi. The secret coalition of tribes west of the Mississippi quietly awaited, unified and strong, and would have been unbeatable were it not4 the New Madrid Earthquakes of 1811 and 1812.

This destroyed everything between the Ozarks Kentucky and Illinois. All was lost. In common intratribe council, Shawnees, Delaware, and Cherokee elected2 move west on foot in tandem, breeching Devils Backbone, the western limit4 over one hundred years.

Im tryna draw some interpretive maps, slowly, I'm not an artist or graphing and mapping guy, but I figure I can do this.

Crow Lee had a fast horse. And a mud horse. Little Crow Lee drove a mule daily and a team sometimes. From Forest Town2 they moved along the north south trail traversing the ridge. Open water showed often left and right. Paths off held Cherokee farm or port of commerce.

@ Carry Place Crow Lees Ridge narrowed then widened, dimpled with valleys, any portage across the ridge a slow myriad journey. The mule trail jogged a few times, skirting higher ground and soggy terrace.

On2 Pine Knot Crow Lee would move, checking sentries and posts with military rhythm.

Saint Francis waterway2 the east showed vast ocean, vast Mississippi waterway. Likewise west from high trails gigantic Cherokee Bay showed setting sun.

@ chalk Bluff Crow Lee camped. Ocean all around unless drought brought sandy beaches green prairie and white water.

Crow Lee drew a map on moonlit sand4 Little Crow Lee2 c. With an X he showed the Cherokee Post @ Black Rock. He drew a simple setting sun, water was easily depicted From there @ north End of Crow Lees Ridge, a boatman need merely make 2ward the setting sun during spring high water2 find the Southfork.

Cache Lifter held court @ favorite launch point. His fire constant, Birch boats made. Birch fine4 plying inlets and corners, hauling a few people or goods. standard ocean poplar canoe kept above. Hidden on high water lines and guarded with armed sentry. mat makers disguised things as did birch boats.

Crow Lee might make2 Saint Genevieve in some lame craft, smelly and unkempt he might take a slug of whiskey and act drunk, learning of trends and treasons from common word or typed circulars posted4 public reading.

Irish among Cherokee smuggled eastern papers, written circulars and books. Big Benny Franklin hosted writers and printers @ his creek on Strawberry River.

Often when camped @ Saint Francis, written words on sheets of paper, talking leaves2 Cherokee, were read aloud, stories shared, listeners silent.

Crow Lee made south now, varying his trail from the day b4, regular sentries expected him. Pigeons sent east and west with routine updates meant4 Old Mule in Willow Ford, or Cherokee sentries on Kentucky River.

Near Bono the ridge funneled2 near nothing, then stayed small and narrow many miles south. There was only one trail now, camps were central on highest ground, finally moving south the ridge fattened again, deep folds of Village Creek abuzz with Cherokee doings. Active village hummed with craft and preparation. Crow Lee released a pigeon North east2 Charlotte Cloud @ the corner post inside the backbone many miles across flat swamp. The pigeon held a scroll around its leg that signaled a journey from Forrest City2 Arkansas Post in the morning. Crow Lee would move out in deep night, making way southeast2 vile Arkansas Post, and Charlotte would send some warriors in fast canoes2 also come n2 Arkansas Post area @ dawn. Dawn was best, many thieves and banditts would b sleeping drunks.

He rigged fishing lines4 sturgeon. ARkansas post might cough up good barter terms4 fresh caviar. He went2 Village Lifter Maguire, a few nice furs, just a few, and bear or mink oil in sealed gourds would bring gypsy wages over @ the post, but scouts, converging @ dawn, should stay safe and c what could b had.

He had a Spanish coin and some willow headache powder. He could broker horse sales. Powder and lead might b got but @ a mark up, same with salt or grain. Either likely 2 b foul. The one purple girdle was getting moldy, and the price of a broad hoe or double bitted ax simply crazy. Saws were never available here @ the post, those were private endeavors and suppliers.

he might meet a ship at a prearranged location and time. sometimes larger ships could swoon all the way n2 Forest Town, sometimes several.

So Crow Lee and Little Crow Lee did well4 Cherokee. He commanded Gadugi workers when needed, His wife held a nice farm near Pine KNot. Her clan family worked the farm and ran errands on foot. A pack mule could supply the area once a day or less.

Day time fires were fine here unless on alert. No disputes here. Chickasaw did not want2 expand. Quapaw held no real claim2 Crow Lee's Ridge, presence @ Forest Town mostly ceremonial. Osage had never claimed the area, but it was between the Missouri and Arkansas Rivers during drought, Osage no doubt harvest the area seasonally prior2 the sixteen nineties, but after that those seasonal harvest runs were on Ozark shelf west of Black Rock. West of Pocahontas. West of Poplar bluff Missouri...

Osages were moving away from water travel and moving2 horses. They adopted more warrior horse culture and harvested Buffalo.

Cherokee doubled down on water travel with giant open water here, the entire Mississippi embayment, the Ohio embayment , The mouths of the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Cumberland Rivers all part of giant bay stretching from The gulf of Mexico2 the Konawha River in WEstern Virginia. Dark Path2 the Delaware.

Falls around Louisville Kentucky doesn't mean the flood was torrential. It was often just backing slowly from main channels, making smooth movement and big shortcuts. few meanderings existed most of the year or year round during periods of flooding lasting decades.

Straight across giant bays in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois... Cherokee moved @ night with Atlantic Champion canoes. At the big juncture of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers they would day camp until near dark. Then they would move n2 setting sun2 Crow Lee's Ridge...

Water Spider contacted Little Crow Lee often. Pigeons flew from Otter Town2 Bono many times a day. Caves held camp. The fire taboo had chilled morale among gadugi workers and community projects. So hot bright fires deep underground helped morale. Around fires Cherokee warmed. Cherokee cabins were not2 burn fires in day light or even on clear nights. so the fires below lit craft and cheered repose from bitter chill wind or withering heat.

Water Spider enjoyed Cave time. The raw dry heat or intense cool. She stitched with sisters, fresh water sister network.

She punched and pinched with pliers. She stitched with heavy duty needles. Beadwork and paints needed shared vision, shared skills...

No matter how big and bright the fire it could not b detected from the surface. No matter the smoke they would not rise above the surface. One cave did allow smoke2 escape, but it was only used on misty days.

While one part of the cave may b steam and intense heat, cooling chambers never far.

Water Spider met some Little People. Trusted Cherokees only could see or talk2 little people. She suspected they were Irish, ancient Welch tongue and red hair, pale skin. They knew secrets about the caves, slowly revealing chambers and passageways in trade4 certain items.

Some Little People had come here2 Otter Town with Cherokees. Little was known of Little People, It seemed little would ever b known of Little People.

They might present a gold coin occasionally, offering it2 Crow Lee or Old Cloud with indifference. These coins assured no harm would come2 them by Cherokee.

Indeed Little People were Cherokee. Many had come from Kentucky only recently. they had lived in Kentucky caves for centuries.

Some little people seemed more Scot than Irish. One tiny stout little people name Tiny Scot rode tiny pony and out worked a team of men. He became crucial to Gadugi projects.

All warriors must work Gadugi detail when not @ war. For some it was helping their clan or wife by shouldering a burden and carrying weight. But most clustered quietly @ a dam in progress or construction site. Ram Rod captains inspired and delegated, higher council considered and allocated... Many took turns pedaling grinding wheel.

Slavery taboo, sometimes Water Spider suspected a black was subjugated, investigation and diplomacy critical, luckily most knew not2 tempt council on such matters. Especially on the alcohol ban, violations taken serious.

She stood with Crow Lee on the shores of Forest Town. Away off on this clear day they could see Chickasaw territory. When Chickasaw moved with paddle flashes in false feints Cherokee sentries had no choice but2 send up a smoke signal. When tensions high Chickasaw forced smoke signals every hour, stressed information systems, Disciplined sentries and lifters managed security well. Although scouts administered death penalty4 unaffiliated whites, other whites hunted bears with immunity. They had best b sober all.

Slavers operated increasing. Natives were floated from Caddo Wars2 Natchez. Large ships made Mississippi from Haiti or Africa, natives shipped back2 dreaded Haiti as slaves.

From south end of Crow Lees Ridge Water Spider watched with telescope. Black Pirate ships cruised, grain barges, cog boats, skuds, flat boats and log rafts, relentless Chickasaw...

Whites did not come2 Crow Lees Ridge without some prearranged sanction. They were better off in Quapaw country. Cherokee burned them @ the stake to hang from crosses @ river forks. Some burned2 skeleton looked quite dashing when dressed in silk shirts or blue jackets, top hats, or dungarees.

English among Chickasaw warred with Frenchmen but usually during drought, big bays becoming prairies. Englishmen on upper South Fork were suspect. On the thirty six thirty line, shrewd English diplomatically filled in cracks between Osage, Cherokee and Delaware territory. It was when Englishmen interacted with Osage without involvement of Cherokee Council that thoughts of an alliance with Chickasaw became factors. If Chickasaw in Memphis Tennessee were able2 move with a secret squad past Forrest City Arkansas either without being detected, or some Chickasaw engaging in skirmish so other Chickasaw could move in boats2 Strawberry River near Strawberry ARkansas, and miles upstream2 the Cliffs on HIway 58 near Poughkeepsi Arkansas.

Here and just downstream Chickasaw would block the river, they knew an invasion of Osage was occurring, and that Cherokee often fled down Big Creek From around Dollar General across from highland High School by draining lakes and canoeing down2 Strawberry River.

So, if Cherokee get down 2ward Strawberry River and discover the blockade, they must turn and return upstream on Draft Creek n2 Liberty HIll Arkansas. There @ Mike McCormicks house, they would beach up and take2 foot trail and mules would help. Elders and wounded from skirmish would assemble there, and either hunker down and stay put or move over2 rock Creek, then again over2 Strawberry River via Hurricane Creek. If u stormed Hurricane Creek, u might beat the Chickasaw2 the punch, shoot n2 bigger water well downstream from the Big Creek Blockade. It would not b far2 dense cane break and heavy willow that all but guaranteed a Cherokee could b safe a moment, then collecting their wits, move on2 Bono, or quietly filter back on2 main land and skipping the run2 Bono. And if waters were down a Cherokee might head down south and quietly find Forest City, working way north from there2 come back 2 otter town again.

Etowah bustled, in flood there were platforms above water, tree structures held a village aloft. And in drought the prairie spouted green and vast.

Pine Knot held eternal fire. Deep in strong brush arbor, tucked away on ground just above worst floods. Elder Cherokee, Keetoowah priests crafted Ocean Champion canoes from poplar logs. There was no fire taboo here, Crow Lee's Ridge was undisputed Cherokee. No other Nation claimed Crow Lees Ridge, Frenchmen worked closely with Cherokee, Nobles granted written charters of province, deeds and abstracts. English had long since deeded North ARkansas2 Cherokee, and held even less power here than French Governors. 4Cherokee the main worry was double agents, an unholy alliance between Osage and Chickasaw brokered by English among Delaware. (There was later an attempt @ such when Scots on the lower white had Structured a deal between Osage and Chickasaw that fell apart due2 alcohol. As long as Cherokee stayed east of Devils Backbone any problems seemed2 work out.

The incident that lead up2 the treachery by Scots started in 1780 and culminated in 1805. The Spanish financed a north south road dissecting the Backbone area. Permission2 allow the construction was debated heatedly in council and narrowly allowed2 proceed. The "road," and it was barely a mule trail then started on high ground East of Mammoth Spring and moved slowly south. Scotsmen, with the help of BushyHead Stuart, beloved Indian commissioner, rough and rowdy scots landed the contract2 cut and widen the road marked by Cherokee and Spanish captain. Early on there was suspicion of slavery, a violation of taboo, but blacks among Scotsmen doing much of the labor swore they were paid workers. As the road came down n2 the ancient village of Forty Islands and crossed Southfork River Scots agreed2 stay near the path and not range past a few hundred feet off in either direction. The rowdy labor camp was found2 have beer kegs hidden, then bagpipes began2 play late nights. Elders held special counsel and added bag pipes2 the taboo list.

Confronted with the violation of the alcohol taboo, and having the bag pipe taboo slapped on them tested the Scotsmen dearly. Then, around the area where the ARkansas Traveler Road and Hiway 412 meet near Pontiac Drive, Scotsmen violated the wandering ban, stumbled upon some tribal secret they should never have seen. Whether that blundering Scotsman was punished I've never known. I assume if he was drunk he was killed. Maybe they allowed bag pipes4 funerals.

Anyway over the seventeen nineties the trail crawled south, A fraternity hall was named after Royal Scotsman/Cherokee BushyHead Stuart, there were clashes with Irish Cherokee as the Scotsmen hammered on through Strawberry River and Cave City. Just past Cave City they passed out of Devils Backbone, so Cave City and Pfeiffer are Scot2 this day.

but by the 1800s Cherokee were pouring over the Devils backbone. They were moving up Arkansas River2 the Russelville area, They were populating the lower ozarks, filtering on2 Buffalo River in Northwest ARkansas. But these focuses were scattered, only in the backbone could a Cherokee know some security. For one hundred and sixteen years.

Even when Cherokee evacuated the backbone in 1812, Many cherokee, especially those of close ties2 Scots, Occupied white River @ Modern Day Batesville4 about three more years. The core group that was here @ Otter Town, Modern Day Cherokee Village, walked with pack mules2 Buffalo River, they crossed where the future reservation touched white river west of Batesville.

March 1 2020

March on. Starting off this month with deep rest. Quite a run2 end the last one. The TESLA show was epic. Cathartic. My favorite all time band. I rocked it, enjoying the concert immensely. Cant really describe it. U just had2 b there, last week and in the day.

But I got home and back2 work. Friday was a morning of tough red oak reductions on Lake Thunderbird in Cherokee Village. Large branches over the house. Also a post oak got plenty removed over the house. They keep the chips, use them4 planned Erosion control. They also keep the wood, which is usually a plus4 us. Common sense job.

Then yesterday was a full Saturday. Early we were above a sweet waterfall on Spring River. A very tall large red oak removal. I had paced under it several times over the months, planning and deliberating, but sometimes u just have2 get n2 the tree and just do it. So there was huge rigging, some large crashing, and a long afternoon of cleanup but that one finally was done and I got paid.

Last night was Spring River Draft House. Good dinner with Family. LIfe is good and soon I will b rested. Choices. Options.

T Rump: Coronavirus is another Hoax by dums. Not a joke.

Stock Market posts all record losses under T Rump. HIs old tweets now seem almost prophetic. Something about the stock market losses under Obama and the reflection on our president yada yada. Plus his tweets on Ebola show huge hypocrisy. Hypocrisy is no way2 govern a nation. And that's all T Rump knows. Partisan Double standard. If a dum does it it's wrong, if a repo does it it's right. Purge the government of truth. Isolate and insulate fact. Destroy science. Don't even allow investigation. Intimidate witness. Obstruct Justice. Thwart fairness. Any virtue must b cancelled. All deadly sins must b elevated and exploited. We saw it4 eight years as repos sabotaged our country, and with Mother Russia's help we will completely and thoroughly sabotage our country.

If Berny wins and begins implementing Universal Health Care repos will fight tooth and nail2 sabotage it. Just like they did with expansion of Medicaid and Medicare. Repos with Russian hackers and Fox news spin will infiltrate and entangle, they will continue2 lie and distort, in God's Name, 2 kill the poor.

Fox will gloat, snarky and supreme, when the Universal Health Care web site crashes with the help of Russian Hackers. Repos will bring back Eric "we" Cantor2 toss a few monkey wrenches in2 the process. Each new delay celebrated on Fox, proof that evil socialism is evil.

Religious Freedom will b grounds4 refusal, until that freedom is exercised by Athiests. Armed Muslims will protect us from far right whackos. Fewer blacks can carry cos they all have prior convictions4 carrying.

Or weed. it is kind of filtering down2 where we will have legal weed. And open carry. But not both. Soon Budweiser will have a Super Bowl Ad featuring open carry. A loving father @ a little league game and a Glock. with a Budweiser. Legally. But he is wearing his cousins jacket and the cousin 4got a joint in the pocket he is in trouble. Then there is the bloody teenager angrily demanding an assault rifle. With a bump stock. Fingers can cramp.

So Im trying2 breath life n2 my novel Water Spider (Rebel Word). Im thinking about putting a chapter in circa 1749.

That was the southern end of Cherokee territory, on the Northern End, the Ohio River, The Ohio company now owned the Konawha River in western Vlrginia.

The original core of banished Shaman that lived on Saint Francis River in seventeen twenty one.

February 27 2020

Dark night. Quiet. Fires popping. Heaters. Ears ringing.

TESLA was rocking hard. BAD MARRIAGE and FOUNDRY were awesome also. I danced the whole show. Never even took a seat the whole night. My attractive date and I danced and head banged in the VIP section with FOUNDRY and BAD MARRIAGE. We basically hung w them, cool guys.

Graceland Sound Stage is really nice, short lines4 beer and bathrooms, real nice time. The Guest HOuse was super nice2.

I was all set4 a rough and tough red oak removal this morning but my helper was down and couldn't make it. I need him 4 this 1. so I got alot done, and this afternoon I did a huge red oak w storm damage, getting a twisting dangler out was no simple task.

We should finish out the week strong.

STock Market crashes. T Rump blames the dum debate. While he was over in India reminding everyone that he went bankrupt with a casino, the Trump Taj Mahal, one of many bankruptcies and several casino bankruptcies T Rump defaulted on while losing more $ than anyone in America and maybe the world between 86 and 94. He burned Daddy's $ up quick. and is burning ours up quick.

Pence put in charge of the Coronavirus response. He said it was God's Wrath4 Abortion and prayed4 the death of homosexuals. He will destroy the careers of scientists who recommend better response and vaccines.

T Rump is upset, not by the virus and stock market crash, but by a comment by a health department executive who is related2 Rod Rosenstein, who I think, allowed the Mueller report2 go 4ward, thus making them enemies and part of the deep state conspiracy2 "get T Rump."

'This pandemic is a liberal problem.' says T Rump, "I will fire the pandemic and ruin it's career. I will bully this pandemic with rage tweets and insulting nicknames."

Pence wasted no time getting2 work. He and Ivanka put on safety goggles and began developing a vaccine they expect2 distribute "next week."

February 21 2020

And we roll. Quiet night. Long day. Early I was headed up a sprawling post oak on Lake Thunderbird in Cherokee Village. Heavy trimming of curving branches over the roof and entrance and parking. Quite a few as it happened.

Then a taller post oak over the other end of the house and deck. WE also left chips in a subtle crescent on the corner of the yard. Nice Rebel Tree Care morning.

Then it was Jonesboro ARkansas, hanging with celebrity weather man Terry Wood. Cool individual.

I bought a car. A fast little sports car. Nice.

T Rump hires an internet troll4 security chief. But the main interest here is2 keep any mention of the ongoing Russian interference quiet. When briefed that Russia was in fact meddling as we speak, T Rump was angered that Adam Schiff heard it.

Remember when T Rump tweeted, "the first I've heard about it." back in the first months of the mueller investigation. First he had heard of any Russia meddling so it had2 b a hoax. But as Hillary pointed in the debate, seventeen national security department had determined Russia was meddling and that T Rump was obviously a Russian Puppet. "I'm no puppet," screamed T Rump, purposely casting a shadow over the smaller person, "you're the puppet. I'm rubber and ur glue, so poo poo u."

T Rump fans ignoring the data concerning School bullying. The facts that show the rates of bullying incidents way up, and that many if not most bullies are mimicking T Rumps rhetoric. But thatS just Liberal hating according2 hate book.

Fact checking is hating. Asking is being an offended snow flake. It's not the espionage. It's the leaking or reporting of the espionage. Sabotage must be perceived differently.

FEbruary 20 2020

And we roll. Cold blustery day. EArly we were on the first job it was a feet on the ground job, but tough enough. Another, this one also in Cherokee Village. And finally another. We used the big saws most of the day though, so that manages2 turn n2 something.

One more oak reduction job 2moro on Lake Thunderbird then I'm freed up4 TESLA. I have an attractive young lady from Mississippi2 accompany me. I just wanna c her smiling face. When I walk through the door...

February 19 2020

And we roll this bright sunny day. Nice morning in trees. Spring River pulse and seethed, swirling, flowing, jumbled white on the falls, coiling green and clear, bluish and flat.

I got n2 a tall red oak, relieving it of a gnarly branch. Plus we dropped some stubs and moved wood, raking etc... Moron tap next week and the rest of this week.

So now it's all about maintaining my old trucks. I pay4 quality work because I usually mess it up. I don't have my Dad's automotive sense. Hell he drove a Model T Ford2 California, seems like he had2 rebuild it several times. He also worked as a mechanic in Kentucky and here, then sold Auto Parts many decades. He taught me how2 maintain my old Mustang, but I do neglect them. Luckily I alternate vehicles, keeping two or three street legal @ all times. Or rather, most times. Mr. Oily has had my van4 almost a year so we r gonna have2 c about that soon.

My girl in Mfis wont believe me when I tell her that the van malfunction that caused me not2 come down there about a year ago is still on going. Women barely believe anything I say, much less this. I mean It sounds like I'm Jerry Seinfeld and George Castanza, that I made up a lie about my van because I didn't want2 c her a year ago, and just2 keep the story going, I now retell the lie2 keep it going but no, I'm not T Rump. My van really did break down a year ago and is still inoperable, even though it's been @ a service center most of the time. Legal action may b my only recourse.

February 17 2020

And we roll. Overcast afternoon, getting red e2 rain. We got a days work in over on the North Golf Course of Cherokee Village. A huge tall red oak over a fine home. the beast curved way out, I had2 get up about sixty feet, spikeless as always, and reduce the tree sensibly, removing a heavy large branch way above the roof, then another down closer. Rough and tough morning. IN the mix was quick trimming a chinkapin and removing a dead pine.

Large stuff on tap all week.

Saturday was the last MIKE GRAY BAND show. Copper Feather was packed with old and new friends. MIKE and LAUREN and a revolving cast of stars worked the stage all night, LALA was classy and cool, emceeing and singing, dancing and smiling... TOMMY, LEE, BOBBY, JROD, and others graced the stage. Enthusiastic MIKE GRAY supporters stood and shouted and paid attention all night long till the last song... I hope the run is not over, MIKE has touched many lives and will touch many more. I love me some MIKE GRAY. And not just cause he's been my brother out law4 45 years.

1100 past justice department employees demand Barr resign. the threat2 justice is described as "grave." It now comes2 light that Barr tried2 stop prosecution of the Turkish Presidents bank. I wonder who could have directed him2 do such a blatantly illegal unethical thing?

FAcebook was okay with fake news. Until Mike Bloomberg started doing it. Just2 make a point.

MEdicare4 all would save 68 thousand deaths annually. That's ironic because it's also how many war death of American Soldiers the public will put up with.

Teen put in choke hold by Arkansas officer because he is black.

Athlete in Illinois brutalized by police because he is black.

T Rump says everyone is unfair2 him because he is orange.

Orange lives matter he screamed @ a rally. U think I like being the last tangerine troll left on the planet? i'm lonely, Melania won't touch me without making that face, I have2 force her2 give me some every few months. Plus I had that hot Secret SErvice guy transferred2 Antarctica, she was boning him anytime she had five minutes in private. Rudy got us some Ukrainian hookers but He and Parnas did them b4 I got there and if there is one thing I insist upon it's being first. If I was America about2 do some Ukrainian hookers It's America first. Always America first. I am America. The Cheetin Cheeto from the Big Apple. sure I couldn't go2 Vietnam because of the bone spurs but u can bet I would have won that war. Easily. I had2 stay here and b all conference baseball player, because of my bone spurs.

Uncle Tom Cotton in the news with his unyielding conspiracy about corona virus. Known4 promoting whacko theories about Muslim takeover of the US and vast over reaches of power by dums, now he is championing another far right nutso theory will zero real evidence other than a whacko nutso far right web site. Even though US intelligence has proven it false, and Uncle Tom Cotton is a member of the Senate Intelligence committee.

Just as all, mind u all, of our intelligence committees say that Russia interfered in the 2016 election and are actively interfering now, Cotton and repos don't care. There is no outcry4 Moscow Bitch2 get off his crooked ass and pass election security bills. There is no search4 the truth because it will bring all repos down. When T Rump says it's all a hoax, the press should ask him why all the lies on security applications. All of T Rumps people denied any interactions with Russia, T Rump himself also denied anything2 do with Russia, but all those people, Flynn, Manafort, Sessions et al, lied on their submissions. Everybody in his circle lied about Russia. Next time he calls this a hoax Mueller should probably just put the security applications up on a large screen. With a laser pointer he could show the applications the crucial lies, and also put J Kush and Ivankas up there2, the ones that were denied and then overridden by T Rump. Show why they failed the application.

Just 2day T Rump selects as personnel manager a convicted felon. WE will find that the crimes he did are a perfect match4 the job.

Good thing he is toady and felon. If he adheres2 his oath of office T Rump will destroy his career.

Not satisfied that school yard bullies are renewed using his rhetoric, T Rump and DeVos want2 join in the bullying, taking $ from public schools so they can exclude gays from private schools.

The KKK officially endorsed U guessed it T Rump4 president. This doesn't prove that all repos are racist but it does kind of uh, lump them in 2gether. With those fine Nazis.

Eight year old Mexican girl invents solar powered water heater and wins Nobel Prize. T Rump took2 twitter and called her a "not hot liberal pig," and predicted "strange things will happen2 her," and that he "should have gotten the Nobel Prize4 bringing the world 2gether. And advancing the interests of the common trillionairre."

February 15 2020

And we roll. Dark night. soon THE MIKE GRAY BAND will kick it up one last time. This will b emotional. But I may not stay till the end, I'm tired.

Early this morning we were out in the boonies diving n2 a bunch of fruit trees. They had rarely been pruned and that was good, they were healthy and overgrown with no stubs or the like that complicate the health of the tree and pruning decisions and operations.

There were apple, peach, and pear... many of each. some were over houses, grown n2 buildings, etc. In the mix were crepe myrtle, hackberry, probably others.

The chipping was also difficult, short curved branches yada yada. There were also removals, numerous straight tall saplings in old building foundations. These chipped much easier.

Soon it was back2 Ash Flat, lunch @ Meacham's cherished. After stoking up the fires it was rest and chill a while.

A Friend posted "proof" that socialism is guaranteed2 fail. The article was a Heritage Foundation hack piece brought2 us by cancer and pollution deniers. It derided prominent dums, hitting on all the dog whistles, listed all the nickel democracies that tried and failed and while calling socialists socialists over and over said they should stop calling them selves socialists yada yada.

I'm like few Universal Health Care advocates do call themselves socialist, thats a dog whistle used by aggressive conservatives.

Even though the person who posted is an incredibly attractive woman I responded, which I usually don't2 right wing trolls, pointing out that Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare were also attacked in the same manner as evil socialism, and that expansion of those programs is under constant sabotage by repos/russia. I knew that I would not b checking fb till late 2moro lol.

She also posted the nonsensical meme that socialism is like a mouse trap, offering free stuff then killing. No word on T Rumps lie total blasting 2ward seventeen thousand as he exacts revenge on any and all who defy him in any way.

Anyway life is. and then u.

T Rump seems 2 b after Mueller now. I mean this guy told congress that Russia helped get him elected. T Rump has been seething about that. Uh oh. I said has been. T Rump. Has been.

I read that the Rolling Stones had a confrontation with him in the eighties. They made a deal, a contract, that T Rump had2 stay away from them surrounding a big concert. T Rump did not stay away, hounding the spot light. It came down2 a mob like tough guy defying them, and they had2 have a physical show of force2 get ride of the orange parasite. ha ha. I like them even more now.

J Kush and his Israel deal violate every international accord made by every country involved.

February 14 2020

And we roll this cold clear day. It was about ten degrees when we started, so we stalled a little while and as we got2 the job it was rapidly warming. About twenty degrees when we started, then over freezing by the time we knocked off after lunch.

A squat post oak was over two Cherokee Village houses. I got up over one roof then another, removing large branches meticulously, rigging and roping, positioning...

Then a fairly large dead sycamore, it was a mess when it fell but soon we had a handle on it.

In the mix was miscellaneous pruning: cedars, sassafrasses, hickory, red oak...

But the main event was a very large red oak curving 2ward the house, we removed very large branches over the roof and drive. Nice Rebel Tree Care morning and early afternoon. Moron tap 2moro and next week... Stay tuned.

This weekend is a milestone. THE MIKE GRAY BAND is playing there last show4 now. MIKE and LAUREN will go on as a duet. But the classic band setting will b rare4 now. After fifty years MIKE is red e2 take it ez. I've been a fan4 forty four years, saw my first show in seventy nine. The band was RAGE, they were playing @ Current River Beach, then called Mercy Beach. They were doing some AEROSMITH and BAD COMPANY as I drove my sixty nine mustang in. Robert Wiles was with me and we left with two lovely ladies I can't remember their names. Crazy day on the Current, and then the Eleven Point. The decades roll by.

T Rump threatens the governor of New York2 stop all these law suits in the name of National Security. But. The governor doesn't make those decisions. Just like T Rump doesn't, or isn't sposed2 make those decisions4 "his" "Justice" department.

Apparently disbanding T Rump.org and their disturbing illegality, their blatant theft from children's and veterans charities is very unfair. Apparently these hoaxes that easily prove T Rump University and T Rump.org are heinous violations of every oath and law relevant are just partisan witch hunts.

T Rumps medicaid work requirement again struck down. Again a federal judge has decisively ruled that work requirements go against the stated goal of Medicaid: 2 help people. Work requirements are designed2 kick people off medicaid. They are the opposite of medicaid expansion. The opposite of helping people. The opposite of the oath and ethic and Christian spirit of Medicaid and medicaid expansion. Repos nation wide decried the helping of people, railing against moochers and claiming they pay4 grifters.

These people are fine with hugely profitable mega conglomerates getting free stuff and lots of $, just not brown skinned people.

Meanwhile the deficit continues2 explode n2 the stratosphere. "It's okay," says T Rump, "the new Space Force will capture the deficit and shrink it with new technology I invented. We will unveil it some time next week.

That is his favorite line. Sometime next week. But as Rachel Maddow and others have pointed out exhaustively, every time he says this, whatever it is he is referring2 NEVER happens. T Rump is a liar and a fraud.

Wikileaks and Russia was all about "sometime next week." Huge damaging revelations about Hillary were always a few days away, but never materialized. Russia/Fox entertainment always harped on the bogus soon2 b revealed bombshells fake fox scandals.

Guiliani and Nunes, it's always sometime next week, but they never actually have anything.

McCabe, former FBI head and frequent target of T Rump slurs, cleared. Charges dropped. They have nothing on him. Rather than endanger themselves furthering the hoax witch hunt and frame up, T Rumps deep state dropped the charges. Dropped the bogus "investigation". Kind of like the last witch hunt against Hillary they dropped quietly a few weeks ago. How many did that make? Fifty? how many investigations n2 Hillary were ultimately dropped?

Three days ago T Rump tweeted: "best economy in history." Two days ago he tweeted he was cutting the pay of federal workers because of "times of economic hardship."

T Rump last month: I didn't send Guiliani2 Ukraine.

T Rump yesterday, "I sent Guiliani2 Ukraine."

Remember when he bragged on twitter about firing Comey. Which was illegal and not the official story. So. His lawyer claimed that he wrote the tweet and T Rump knew nothing about it. Whatever.

As he condemns "rats," "snitches," "flippers," "bag men," "associates," "Costa Nostra," "made men," "under bosses," and "wise guys," he also criticizes the "Clinton crime family."

T Rump was all about stop and frisk running4 prez the first time. Now, since it was Michael Bloomberg doing it in NYC then, he says it's racist and ineffective.

So stay warm this Valentines night. Bundle up and stoke the fire, old flames and new sparks will flame out or kindle anew. Steady coals will continue on, and if ur fire dies u can get more from the sun. Not sure what that means and I am very tired.

February 13 2020

Quiet cold night. Long day. EArly we were rigging ash trees 4 removal, plus several other kinds of trees. A General thinning of the forest around a fine vacation home on Spring River. Flooding created quite a scene, big water pulsing, waterfalls creating swells and turbulence... The power was awesome as we worked near the banks. There was tricky rigging involved, several. It's part of a larger job we will b back.

February 11 2020

And we roll this dark quiet night. I been hanging with Westy my besty.

Long day. Early I was ascending a massive wet red oak. Spikeless of course so it took a little while2 position4 reduction cuts. Large branches 2ward a fine Highland home. Several. Also numerous dead branches and snags.

That one took alot out of me. Pole sawing, climbing, careful placement on slick branches. But we got one done. Sposed2 rain 2moro, alot, 100 percent chance so yeah. It's already a rainout.

I have plenty2 do. Im kind of spinning my wheels with all this rain, but @ least I get rest.

Barr intervening in Stone and Manafort sentencing. He also revealed that he is working closely with Guiliani on a back channel reserved4 conspiracy theories about dums. Which. Is. Improper. @ best.

Eight out of ten witnesses now fired or transferred, complete with bad mouthing and slander by T Rump. But there was no retaliation.

J Kush pockets 30 millions$ from Israel. While. Serving. As. Israel special envoy. Wildy illegal @ best.

Moscow Bitch just 2day blocked three election security bills. Putin is pleased.

We r a dictatorship. Emphasis on dic. we are a third world country coup de tat. We may have2 invade ourselves under false pretenses2 restore democracy.

Rush LImbaugh says that he was thrilled2 get the presidential medal of freedom award. Until he found out Rosa Parks got one, he said that tarnishes the award. The Onion.

T Rumps budget confirms huge slashes2 Medicare, Medicaid, social security... FAct checkers are trying2 decide if that is one lie or three. I could make a huge difference because all the times he has promised not2 cut those programs could add thousands of lies2 his total. 4 instance every time he grouped them 2gether in a promise not2 cut them would only b say a thousand lies. But when u count each program separately and break his demented sentences up u can safely claim that each sentence was three lies so that jumps his total from say sixteen thousand2 nineteen thousand lies. Since. He. took Office. If u count b4, just the months b4 he took office, it probably jumps up2 about thirty thousand. Easily. Proven. Lies. And remember, had Hillary or Obama told even one of those thirty thousand easily proven lies, repos would bring armageddon. they would burn the world2 embers. Fox/Russia would crawl that one lie twenty four seven. Ted Cruz would rave about that one lie on his pathetic podcast4 a decade. Glenn Beck would diagram the one lie on an easel and chart with easy2 understand arrows and boxes. Sean Hannity would smirk continually railing against that immoral, unamerican one lie.

They managed2 make Obama out a liar about the keep ur doctor sentence. They sabotaged and obstructed the Affordable Care Act until parts of it were unrecognizable and hey maybe u couldn't keep ur doctor if he was convicted of multiple felonies. But that discredited his entire illegitimate presidency.

that 2gether with the tan suit, the date night, not wearing the lapel pin, the selfy, yada freakin yada. Hypocrisy @ all? Just admit it T Rump lovers, if ur a dum whatever u do is criminal and traitorous, if ur a repo whatever u do is fine. Thats a fine way2 govern. Fine folks the Nazis.

All this whistle blower hub bub was created by repos2 get Obama. They were warned @ the time that it would also be used against a repo president. But like every policy enacted by repos they ignore science and research, expert opinion, common sense, fairness or truth, and potential real world results. They wait till dums do something, then obstruct, demonize, and sabotage. its repo 101. It's what they do. Period. just check the facts.

One more thing. when repos say that they are paying4 someone elses health care, ask them if they are healthy, if they r using it. If not, then let someone sick use it. it's the Christian way. Maybe the Muslims should do universal health care, it's already demonized. I mean we pay4 Israels universal health care and abortions, because they are mentioned in the Holy Bible. But we kill Palestinians and they are in the Bible2. Maybe we should sell our daughters4 sacks of grain. Not being able2 sell our daughters4 sacks of grain is an infringement on Religious Liberty and an attack on God. Religious Freedom is cherished in America and strongly defended, unless that American is: Muslim. Native American. Presbyterian. Mormon. Satanic. Atheist. Reggae. Or Black... Guns and freedom2 carry them are also cherished, protected rights, unless, again, the gun carrier is black, or muslim, etc. Nancy tore up T Rumps speech because he shreds the constitution in every action. And the right says it's the dums violating the constitution because they want2 make bloody teenagers wait a few hours b4 purchasing a machine gun.

February 9 2020

Dark nite. Rain. Looks like hit or miss all week. Which is not great but rain is good. I have plenty of work stacking up. We may have2 prioritize pruning over removals so we can get the pruning done while it's still winter. But that's not a bad predicament.

So Saturday was a long day. We rigged up a large red oak by a fine Cherokee Village home. the beast was way over the house, leaning and curving the wrong way. but we horsed it over and got it done. In the mix was bushy hackberry all over the house, wires, landscaping, pation, fences....

Then later on it was a dead poplar in Thayer Misssouri. It was way dead very near an old home being remodeled. boom that one hit on target. Rebel Tree Care.

So I stayed down @ the river and watched baggo games. I played one or 2 games semi competitive, but after one hotly contested game I fired a baseball throw @ my goal and swished it.

Then it was a scouting expedition on Warm Fork. I looked @ possible put ins4 a canoe trip. Warm Fork is a nice little stream. Rebel River Adventures.

EROSION. I'm thinking about having a Blue Collar Jam in April. Those are fun. That reminds me we may have it in Griffin Park.

I would also like2 have one @ Rone Valley. Or even Copper Feather. All Blue Collars have been outdoors though so I should keep that tradition. But if it was indoors I could run more hours of Panadox.

February 7 2020

And we roll this bright cool day. Early we were rigging a large red oak4 removal. Also it was cedar trimming, several got heavy pruning2 take them back from a yard and parking. General reclamation while we rigged.

Then the removal hit in the woods with minimum damage. I purposely made the tree land closer2 the house2 save a perfect young red oak from disaster. We did get a pretty little post oak but it was pretty clean job. MOron tap 2moro and every dry day 4 the next few weeks.

I'm toying with adding a chapter2 Water Spider, my novel about the ARkansaw Cherokee. But I'm being careful, u have2 revisit the surrounding chapters. As a seasoned writer of more than fifty winters I will build the new chapter carefully. If and when it is time2 insert the chapter I hope2 have already breathed life n2 it, and that it gives the over all project more vibrant visuals of life here then.

As Osage, and others took2 horses and whites drained swamp after swamp the old ways of canoe travel and water ways began2 die. But Cherokee, with the relatively new Ocean Standard canoe, embraced it, all the way n2 the west. Although Cherokee Village was as far west as they could safely go4 many years. the Arkansas River hosted river travelers heading west. By the time Cherokee got west2 Oklahoma slave wars ruled between Caddo and Osage, and probably Kiowas and others,  Northernand Southern Comanche and Wichita... So it was safer2 move n2 the Ozarks and hunker down. Safer still2 do it near Salem Arkansas and easterly 2ward Hardy, Black Rock, and Paragould. In the Ozarks this is best understood as the easterly side of the Devils backbone, or Southfork and Saint Francis River in Arkansas.

The English, French and Spanish all deeded ARkansas south of the thirty six thirty line and south2 the ARkansas River 2 Cherokee

The English might have done so in 1696 or seventeen twenty one, or other years of treaty we will catalogue later. Cherokee massacred French miners in MIssouri way up on the Saint Francis watershed. French governors needed them. Eventually Cherokee would claim only the ARkansas portion of the Saint Francis, and they allowed free passage on the mIssissippi, unlike hostile Chickasaw down in Memphis. Chickasaw raided french barges traveling down river, French garrisons shot Chickasaw @ Modern Day Beale Street with cannons. Chickasaw aligned with English, and when the water was down the English had a trading post in Modern Day west memphis that paid good. the French ARkansas Post was off the beaten path. A place sure2 disappoint @ best. Even when the Arkansas Post was "Spanish" and also when "American", the Arkansas Post was vile.

Osage claimed Southfork River. All of Southfork River. But they did not patrol here often, seasonal hunting and trapping. Major scouting parties on the White River often turned home b4 finding Southfork. Mammoth Spring on the thirty six thirty line was cosmopolitan, heavily English Delaware and English Shawnee mingled with English Cherokee. Great Shawnees and the Grandfathers Lenape helped Cherokee structure a deal with Osage Elders4 southfork and Strawberry Rivers.

The areas overlapping and possibly disputed were used by whiter settlers. Full blood Delaware were located say, in Alton Missouri, and full blood Cherokee in Cherokee Village Arkansas, Englishmen among the tribe might take2 farming in Thayer. Thayer is north of thirty six thirty, yet in the water shed of Southfork. North of the line most Cherokee did not stay long unless married, likely2 English. But Delaware, probably equipped with deeds4 the land north of the line, and on good terms with Osage should they stay east of Devil Backbone, and Englishmen homesteaded from Thayer2 north in2 Shawnee Territory way up by Houston Missouri if memory serves.

Another place of potential conflict or exploitation was Eleven POoint river in Arkansas. A large chunk of Deleware/Cherokee territory was heavily mixed culturally, then over2 Pocahontas, always multicultural diverse as Shawnee territory on Current River also dipped south of the thirty six thirty line.

Pocahontas, the first Cherokee/Powhatan camp from way back in the sixteen hundreds Sits on the edge of the Ozark escarpment. So does Black Rock2 the south, And Powhatan further still. Even then in those first few years, English clustered in Pocahontas and west2 the backbone, Black Rock was a major French post, and Powhatan became an Irish Cherokee post as they homesteaded Strawberry River.

In 1812, when all three tribes decided in common council2 evacuate west over the Devils Backbone the whiter folks of each tribe might have hung on. Their were some heinous racist laws, and lynch mobs, bribes and maps etc, graft and corruption, inequality and slavery. Not many Irish, Scot, French, Black or Jew among Cherokee were able2 keep ownerships of lands or waters. Although there are families named French on Southfork near Frenchtown, many Irish names on Strawberry River, and other signs of cultural continuity in place names. It was likely very similar in Missouri, though I think along the state line, with many English, many voluntarily coming west with Delaware rather than return2 Baltimore and the big city, maybe many of these farms transitioned from native2 American settlers keeping the thread continual. But not many.

As all this was sifting out, a big cattle rancher from Texas owned all of the Southfork and or Spring River in the 1830s. A beautiful Cherokee woman fell ill on the trail of tears in Salem Arkansas. And while we know that the "trail of tears" came through here, trail of tears historians don't. In the same vein, we also know that the Underground railroad came through here, but underground railroad historians don't. But they shouldn't feel2 bad, Cherokee historians know nothing of all this, and neither do ARkansas historians.

Anyway, the beautiful Cherokee "princess," married the rich Texas Cattle man. He died a few years later, and she would remarry. She would outlive several white husbands, and bear children with all of them. These children's last names are still on platte maps and deeds all along the entire Spring River and other areas.

Pocahontas might have had the first Germans. Bavaria preachers come2 bring the HOly Spirit2 the Ozarks. This might have been going on with ARkansas Cherokee from the early seventeen hundreds. Plus religious cults may have joined, Hebrew Cherokee has a very deep thread through Cherokee. Frenchmen were likely Agnostic or Athiest, Irish likely anti Catholic, Scot Cherokee in general were Baptist. The very first Baptism may very well have been here in Modern Day Highland Arkansas as it was named after a famous Scot Cherokee whose family originated the stereotypical Uhhh Huhhh that preachers use, or comedians use2 imitate preachers. BushyHead Stuart and his sons and grandsons were inspirational2 Cherokee during several completely different eras. Moron that later.

T Rump: It was evil. It was corrupt. It was dirty cops, leakers and liars, what I've, I mean the Dumocrats have been doing.

`Vindman escorted out as retribution begins. He and Sondland fired. Though Vindman is a good public servant, Sondland was only there because he bought the ambassadorship4 a cool couple million. Adam Schiff found a bloody zebra head in his bed, Pelosi almost drank drano, and Romney is being audited amid four messy divorces.

Comey and Mueller keep finding crude car bombs meant4 them, Rachel Maddow narrowly missed a bout with the coronavirus, and Whoopy goldberg was grazed by a thirty ought six bullet while walking down fifth avenue.

When T Rump attacked the prayer breakfast 2day, or yesterday? when he got there a pastor was leading a prayer of 4giveness and Christian ethic love ur enemy, he said something right up there with "houston, we have a problem," or "u had me @ hello." T Rump, holding his newspaper with the one word headline: acquittal, defied the prayer meeting with one sentence, the first of many, but his first one was the catch phrase, "Arthur I don't think I agree with u." Then 4 an hour he gloated and preened, turning the prayer breakfast n2 a campaign rally, threatening his enemies, lying incessantly and well, doing what he does. It was like Satan teaching Sunday School.

Junior had the same vibe, tweeting, apparently about Pelosi, something about the Devil reading scripture. But the thing is, the Devil did read scripture. Marge Simpson could have seen that one coming.

February 6 2020

And we roll dark cold night. There was a decent bit of snow this morning, but with the rain outs all week we needed2 get something done.

A prominent bradford pear with a history of failure needed reduction away from a very visible home. Snow complicated a little...

But it was quick. Plus the cleanup on bradfords is usually relatively ez. I mean they are straight and soft, feed n2 the chipper nicely and make a uniform bright yellow chip that is popular with landscapers. I have a good destination4 chips in Hardy now. On2 a burned red oak. I dropped it just right and partially cut it up.

T Rump crashes a prayer breakfast2 spout evil.

Im red e4 some river. I will hit the warm fork in Missouri soon enough.

January 31 2019

And we roll. LIfe is. And then U.

EArly we were rigging a burned Cherokee Village chinkapin4 removal. And then several others, clearing4 a construction site. A red oak had2 b partially topped near the house. Then a large post oak dropped, then the red oak. We diced each one up and moved brush2 b chipped so that there would never b2 much of an impenetrable mess.

A tall persimmon went down, another post oak, another red oak, all near the house. In the mix was a dead cedar and a dogwood. We r leaving the wood and good thing. BAck next week2 clean up the brush and zip some stumps off.

So February is booked up as we knock jobs out every day. The weather is fine, warm4 january, a little wet but not2 muddy. Very little wind lately. Nice.

The senate votes not2 vote on voting, Apparently this impeachment "trial" will end with no witnesses or evidence presented. Our rapid transfer2 fascism is complete.

Senator WArren submitted an interesting question2 "chief justice" Roberts, "presiding" "over" this "impeachment" "trial"

Something like does having no witnesses in this sham trial make u chief justice, a sham chief justice, a complicit part of the cover up. I'm paraphrasing.

All the kings men are propping Hupty Trumpty back up on the wall. "U need me on that wall!" T Rump will scream. "Did u order the code red!" Tom Cruise will scream @ him, "Ur damn right I did," T Rump will tweet. The marines will come2 the heavily fortified offal office in exactly one year2 confront the core group of secret service and a peaceful transfer of Donald will occur. He will commandeer a fleet of jets and spend the rest of his life tweeting as he flies from a remote south sea island to and from Moscow.

Israel, who we give $2, has universal health care. And Abortion. Free ones. so basically the evangelicals who don't want their tax $2 b used4 abortion, or contraceptives, are ok with funding abortion in Israel. And especially Palestine.

Conservative snow flakes are ok with genocide, ethnic cleansing, war and forced starvation, but not never no Muslims.

Their leader has told sixteen thousand lies in three years. Easily proven lies. That last sentence was capitalized but u can't tell because of the stencil font.

erosion 2moro. Deep rest now. We were a little frazzled this morning. Vines and other plagues. It's been a long week, even with the rainout, a long brutal journey in the Urban forest.

bankruptcy way up. deficit sky rocketing, Millions again losing health coverage, inequality gap growing, but mega corporations are doing well on the stock market. Joe red hat with his gun will use his expanded medicare and thank trump while spreading russian propaganda on facebook.

It irks me when repo politicians here in Arkansas try2 have it both ways. They act like The Affordable Care act is evil in some way, but their plan, that changes the name from the affordable care act2 arkansas works or some catchy phrase but still quietly gets its$ from the affordable care act.

Arkansas works is probably the work requirement, which was ruled unconstitutional when good judges ruled that the work requirement is not actually 2 make recipients work, it is2 boot them off assistance. That is against the stated goal of the agency, which is2 help people. But repos are not big on stated missions and goals, policies and oaths.

T Rump issued a decree just 2day that read in part: "recipients of disability payments must demonstrate their ability2 jump through hoops. Disabled liberals must don a mascot costume and leap through flaming hoops like will ferrel in old school.

SNAP, WIC, and every other form of government help on the chopping block except anything that helps corporations launder $.

Socialist payments2 farmers. Plus, again, we fund Israelis health care, including abortions. And repos ask them2 appear b4 congress2 demonize Iran.

Now Iran enriches uranium again. T Rump let them out of their agreement. North Korea stepping up it's game, shooting rockets, bad rockets, rockets they don't know where are going2 land. China out spending and producing us when it comes2 weapons of mass destruction. WE still patrol them daily, daring them, we whittle away @ peace, claiming our nuclear strike groups and battle ships are in "process of innocent passage."

Russia joining China Often in War games and exercises. Plus china gets there soy beans from russia now. boy putin sure did a smirking chimp when he announced that. I bet he and the heavy boys get a big laugh @ us and Donald.

Mitt the bitch, not2 b confused with Moscow bitch, was the only repo who voted2 allow witnesses or testimony in the sham. "My wives were unanimous, they all wanted a real trial like if a clinton was accused of something. They testified and cooperated, my wives said, even the sex ones were acting all crazy. I gotta deal with that in hotel rooms. Plus, i mean the constitution and stuff." The republican national committee ex communicated him immediately. They were already pissed when he asked the inquiry, exactly when did the president withhold the aid, and when did he release it. Answering those questions assumes guilt. which is the correct assumption here that is not in dispute.

Franklin graham, fresh off a porn star payout, is getting canceled left and right. No one really likes him, he hates gays (unless they r portn stars) yada yada, and i assume muslims. the only gig still offered is a standing offer2 pastor westboro baptist.

January 30 2020

And we roll. Brutal run in the Urban Forest of Cherokee Village. First up was a massive post oak over a fine house. It was close quarters, reducing the tree, removing large branches over the house and wires, roof and gutter, deck and fence... The beast was wet as I moved up spikeless, positioning and ascending more difficult than usual.

Then it was a sweet medium white oak over the driveway and a young red oak over the driveway. Only about twenty feet up but solid and heavy pruning none the less.

After lunch @ Chow, or Chows?, We went back @ it, another job nearby dropping a tall dead red oak n2 the woods, then a butchered post oak leaning over a guest home.

Each was difficult in its own right. The post oak had been "trimmed" by a drunk formerly with a shiny bucket truck. @ stake was the guest house and an old split cedar fence.

Moron tap 2moro.

So Im trolling conservitards more. they are forcing me2. I accidentally posted a meme on Hate, I mean Facebook that pointed out factually that T Rumps golf and golf cart rental is wreaking havoc with the secret service budget yada yada. I doubt it even mentions that T Rump pockets that $ directly.

Instantly Im besieged with conservative snow flakes spouting Fox/Russia false hoods about any and all dums. Libtard, etc being thrown out. So instead of letting it die I comment more and that kicks it back in with the conservative snowflake conservatards yada yada. I think they like the term libtard because it makes them more like Holy T Rump belittling the disabled.

Then u got the so called middle of the roaders. All politicians lie. All people lie. Let him who never lies cast the first stone. And I'm like T Rump has told sixteen thousand Motherfucking lies since he took office. Only I didn't say Motherfucker on Facebook. Yet.

So life is good. I do what I do and I do it well. It's the other stuff that I could b better @ lol.

In the immortal words of FRANK SINATRA. I gotta b me. I think that was him. google it I didn't.

January 29 2020

Rain out. Heavyish rain all night continues in2 day light. Nice. Kind of needed a break. The calendar is tight but there is a little wiggle room. Justin Joy.

Keep the fires going. Do things. Piddle. Errands. Watch movies. Munch on chips. Keep the fires burning. Help one another b free.

So it looks like we will b able2 work 2moro. Two jobs in Cherokee Village.

Time2 work up some more firewood. I stocked up enough last summer2 get me2 New Years, then that lasted till February almost. So it's back2 the grind. Still got a couple months of winter. Tis the season.

Bolton set2 testify. Moscow Bitch bitching bcos he doesn't have the votes2 shut it down. Boltons book is coming out2. convenient. Moscow Bitch mad that T Rump read it a month ago and didn't tell him. Prolly afraid he would leak.

Large section of the T Rumps new border wall collapses from high winds. Sounds like a crony contractor skipped basic standards of construction on T Rumps hurry up order.

January 28 2020

And we toll. Quiet night. Now lol. Earlier was EROSION in house. Loud n Proud. Two deadly sins. I gotta b me.

So it's been major jobs the last couple of days. Accompanied by waterfalls. Let's c, early yesterday was reducing a large sycamore over a fine shop on Spring River. In the mix was raising elms and red oak, trimming cedar... Then reducing large red oaks streamside, then the main event. reducing a very tall red oak, curving over the house. Tricky shtuff...

Then 2day it was three more jobs on Spring River, starting with a broken declining box elder hanging in itself over a fine guest house. Crazy. Then it was reducing a large red oak and large hickory near the railroad tracks. Then ir was dropping a huge dead sycamore, then a very tall skinny sycamore. Then after lunch it was quick trimming white oak, red oak, gum, elm, etc... Moron tap 2moro if if don't rain2 bad. Although there is plenty falling, it may b2 wet2 work but I don't have2 climb much so if we can slop it out we will. Tis the season.

So the French and Delaware likely held anti Dutch, maybe 4 that matter, or probably anti English sentiment, And possibly anti Swedish, Anti Finnish, Anti Dane and German...

Cherokee here were likely tolerant of self sufficient communities of European settlers here. Scattered sparsely around French and Spanish Colonial Arkansas secluded colonies of Germans and others, Italian I believe. But these were slave free, honest and ethical people that Cherokee likely left alone. Their is no record of some I'm sure, Cherokee enclaves inside the Backbone were likely represented by many cultures. Jewish South of Imboden. German in Pocahontas. Irish in Powhatan. English Cherokee, English Delaware, and English Shawnee, even English/Black African enclaves as far west on the state line as the backbone all the way east2 the Mississippi River. French Cherokee in Salem Arkansas, Scot Cherokee in CAve City...

Dutch were rare here but their guns, the short blunderbuss shotgun, was prominent. Black Dutch was a catch all phrase used later2 classify mixed breeds. I doubt that was an issue when Cherokee were here pre eighteen twelve.

In General Cherokee here didn't need2 carry guns as they worked peaceful farms or walked foot trails in quiet web. But on the borders were outlaws and taboo breakers, trading situations were tense, the Blunderbuss could wipe out several thieves with one shot. Transactions @ Dreaded Arkansas Post were rife with risk and hazard. Blunderbuss scatter gun hidden gave a little security. Long rifles were much better4 most hunting, and Cherokee farmed fish and foul, not needing2 hunt. They managed the forest and game wisely, plus often the area was disputed by hostile Osage so rarity of gun shots lowered chances of encounter with rogue or scout Osages. Other times truce and peaceful trade or games were held with Osage participation. Exceptional Cherokee were known2 sojourn west individually on vision quests, often welcomed by Osage and tested hunting Buffalo from horseback.

Though the south and West outlets over the Backbone were dangerous, the northern was stable as it was often indistinguishable. A melding of Cherokee and Delawares, with some English, and other cultures mixed in with pure blood Cherokee and Delaware or Shawnee. There was little noticeable change as control of the land passed from Cherokee Council2 Delaware council. The two tribes were allied, very much so here.

When the Spanish took over the area, mostly in word only, very little practical effects2 Cherokee resulting in the changeover from French2 Spanish. But one thing was a decree that Cherokee being south of the colonial dividing line and modern day state line must trade @ vile Arkansas Post.

So some Cherokee flaunted this, taking fast canoes @ night over open water from Black Rock or Pocahontas2 sweet Sain Genevieve Missouri. PRices were better, the town safe and fair. Cherokee were already used2 night travel, it was the norm, they were able2 elude hapless Spanish deputies and still make a living. Or they could filter goods through Delaware, and use Lead Mines in Delaware territory by funneling skins or furs northward.

On some items they may have had2 go2 Vile Arkansas Post. Most historians who have written of Arkansas Post do not describe it without using the word Vile. It was the worst of the Wild West b4 the worst of the Wild West. So when Cherokee needed2 visit the place they likely sent a pigeon from the Strawberry area, Around Newark Arkansas, over2 Forrest City Arkansas. The bird had a scroll around his ankle that held a secret symbol language. This transaction meant that Cherokee from Forrest City and Cherokee From Newark came n2 the Arkansas Post area from different directions @ the same time. This system likely saved many a Cherokee from mayhem.

So Viola and Pheiffer were versions of the dangerous ARkansas Post. Just outside of the backbone on the southern and western exits, they specialized in loud public breakage of Cherokee Taboo. Duels and gun battles any hour, cheating tricks and cards or gambling, wasteful bon fires, beating of metal, hound dogs, whores and slaves, and any other taboo passed by Cherokee Council. Outside the backbone meant freedom from burdensome ethic, freedom from restrictive rules. And also near certain death. All but the most fortunate or cunning fell astray2 slavers, robbers, raiders, etc.. once the backbone was breeched south or west. Wise Cherokee best settle down and resolve problems @ home, not march off n2 the sunset.

There were brutal groups of Scots men immediately south and west, say locust grove ARkansas. There was the lower Osage Nation over near Harrison ARkansas. There were Quapaws and Caddos in Central Arkansas, though these were peaceful mostly. Some Cherokee Scouts likely snuck across the Backbone and went up the Buffalo b4 1800, but these groups were invariably discovered by the Lower Osage and killed or possibly causing an attack on the backbone, Often all the way2 Highland Arkansas. English double agents on the state line whittled treaty terms in their favor by supplying slanted info2 Osage General council, so did Scot concerns on the White River. The Irish stayed deep on the Strawberry, red hair and white skin among Cherokee perfectly natural, Only inside the backbone did wool farms and strawberry fields persevere.

Any place inside the backbone attacked held sentry and sounding alarms. When the countryside was roused invaders were in danger. Each farm and valley held mixtures of veterans of foreign or domestic wars and expert shooters of game. Farms were scattered and protected, rules of war fare in place, Shelves of rock paralleling horse paths made Osage horsemen flounder and Cherokee children swift. Though Cherokee here were quiet farmers, they had killed, suffered @ war in Kentucky, Virginia, Carolina... Every valley inside the backbone had veterans of Irish wars, Scots and English Wars, French wars... Scots had fought French, English fought Irish across the sea, then many of them were in brigades here in America, some had fought against Cherokee or Shawnee, others fought4 them. Many English came here, or the mammoth Spring Area with Delaware rather than return2 Baltimore after some war.

Irish may have lived among Cherokee in Carolina since b4 Columbus. And Delaware, or Grandfathers, come from Iceland originally some claim. Edicts by the pope in the eleventh century affected Delaware, or Lenni Lenape, migrations2 "America."

Spanish treaties in Alabama and Arkansas in the late 1700s began2 change Arkansas. Though the French had spoken of a dividing line prior2 1760 they were more laid back, did not try2 control the frontier. Sure they passed edicts about being a good Catholic but noone expected the frontier2 abide by decrees from New Orleans or Paris.

But the Spanish were down right anal about it and patrolled Mississippi water way clumsily and inefficient. About a dozen faltering squads2 police the entire area between the Mississippi and the Rocky mountains.

Let them have their way, if Cherokee needed2 hide their smugglings from bungling Spaniards so be it. If that is what it took4 peace then fine. Spaniards had gold. They encouraged young Cherokee in Alabama2 come here2 Arkansas. They knew if the backbone filled Cherokee would spill over and then decimate Osages with war.

Beautiful Spanish style building and towns took shape. Official deeds and papers of authority were needed and carried by certain important Cherokees. Much as the French occupation of Arkansas b4 1762, Cherokee did not pester merchants traveling to and from New Orleans2 Saint Genevieve or the Ohio. That was 4 Chickasaws.

Chickasaw had the east bank of the Mississippi in Tennessee and northern Mississippi. And that bank was always dry land, Now called the Chickasaw bluffs around Memphis.

But ARkansas, the left bank, had no dry land much of the year. The closest dry land was Crowley Ridge fifty or so miles away. So Forrest City Arkansas was the southern point of a long island. South of there the Mississippi waterway joined by Arkansas River and white River was very wide, over one hundred miles @ times. Even in Mark Twains time it was often nearly that wide.

So Cherokees were set way back from the main stream. They did allow Whites2 hunt bears on the Saint Francis4 a fee, but in General any non affiliated person was captured and killed, tortured, or sold n2 slavery. Cherokee here did not allow or condone slavery, but some back east did, with slavers operating all around it was likely Cherokee were forced n2 some sort of involvement.

Some Cherokees in Arkansas did own slaves later on, just prior2 the Trail of Tears. But pre 1812 it was taboo inside the backbone.

The major test of this policy began in the seventeen seventies as a north south road was built through the heart of the backbone, Spain financed a crew of workers, these men mostly rough hewn Scots and blacks, tested several taboos. The blacks were suspected of being slaves but investigations showed they were paid a minimum wage. The Scotsmen escaped any sanction on that one, but they soon found out playing the bag pipes was taboo, in fact they were probably playing the bag pipes b4 Cherokee voted2 make it taboo. The Scotsmen also reveled with tankards of ale, alcohol was taboo inside the backbone. It took much diplomacy2 smooth out these transgressions, maybe the Scots had a beer bust and blew the pipes and got over it4 awhile. Maybe they got out of it by diplomacy and candor. Their hero John Stuart, or Bushyhead, a fraternal Scot of royal order, was famous4 creating treaties fair 2 all. He and Cherokee leader Little Carpenter were well known4 inspired and creative public discourse. My home town of Highland was originally named Stuart4 BushyHead.

As the road crossed Spring River @ Forty islands, which is modern day Hardy Arkansas, the river was called south fork by Cherokee, it climbed up the hill @ modern day Arkansas Traveler Road.

At Modern dAy Pontiac Drive another rule of council was broken, workers on the road were not supposed2 hunt or wander more than a set amount from the planned path. Here as the road neared Old Cherokee Village, I call it Otter Town, the Scotsmen or Blacks killed a deer Up near Hiawatha drive, which was a long way past there supposed limit. And I hear there was a cave there used often by Cherokee, one of several they imploded upon evacuating the area in 1812.

So the Scots had a post named4 one of their own here in Highland, There is also a long creek inside the backbone down in the Scot district near Cave City called Dota. Oo na Dota is Bushyhead. There is also a community name Emery. Bushyheads wife was name Emery. Finally as the Scotsmen finished the north south cut through the backbone, they spilled over2 the White River. Once out of the backbone they created Pfeiffer, drinking ale and piping2 their hearts content. Once out of the backbone their was no threat of Cherokee enforcement. But their was no help coming either should pirates and rogues intrude.

Enforcing the alcohol ban was tough. Out on open waterway slick peddlers moved quiet and quick. France loved wine, the streets of Paris often had wine flowing from it's fountains. But wise Cherokee had already seen ravages of liquor. The ban was enforced by common Cherokee. Maybe a few made wine or Gin deep in hollows, maybe some tourists snuck some glass bottles or flasks2 a bee. Yes the Scotsmen smuggled kegs of ale. Maybe cults of Catholics on Curia Creek kept sacrificial wine. If a Cherokee needed a shot he could trek over the backbone, do his shot and likely b shot.

If a Cherokee had an unholy hankering4 a slave he could buy one or take one away from another over across the bone in Viola. But he was more likely2 b enslaved.

Natives were sent2 Haiti4 enslavement. There was less likelihood4 successful escape if they were on an Island in the Sea. Large slave ships swooned up the Mississippi2 bring Africans2 Natchez Mississippi. They also picked up captives4 transport2 Caribbean islands. This worlds largest slave port was very close across the water2 Cherokee here.

Blacks joined Cherokees by escaping slave camps in Carolina. They would go as far as they could b4 throwing themselves2 the mercy of Cherokees. Most times they proved worthy of acceptance. Sometimes, finding a spiritual brush arbor meeting of  Christian Cherokees they would receive a Holy Ghost type of seizure, hypnotized and  thankful4 sanctuary within tribe and clan. Saffel, a town on STrawberry River is likely derived from a connection with a black woman who won her freedom and was active in emancipation efforts in South Carolina.

Blacks were pushed2 the least strategic point inside the backbone, barely south of the thirty six thirty line and west nearly2 the line of backbone, they thrived with an African Cherokee community, heavily influenced and manipulated by English traders. They also preferred the Frenchmen just south of them. Frenchmen were less worrisome with lines of "ownership" and deeds of possession as opposed2 loosely claiming creek valleys, water sheds within backbones. With the name of their community being Moko, the word4 an African festival of stilts, I speculate they used stilts4 fishing. Over on Current River there is evidence of stone gigs and such, and stilts were likely used in rocky streams here because over there in the soft sand stilts would have been unworkable. But if u can party on stilts u can likely fish from them.

Many a hatchet was buried Near Moko. Being the corner of the backbone and thirty six thirty there were likely ceremonies of Osage Ambassadors, Delaware elders, Cherokee leaders. Each time a skirmish occurred and war broke out between Osage and Cherokee new leaders and ides would again agree2 limited occupation of the Ozarks east of the Backbone and south of thirty six thirty. I would like2 find a buried tomahawk there.

Delaware and Shawnee had fewer wars with Osage. From early on they were welcomed by Osage council2 occupy their valleys on Eleven Point and Current river in Missouri, But the Cherokee stole the back door of Southfork River with impotent deeds issued by the English in Carolina, which also gave Cherokee a strip of land all the way2 the Pacific Ocean, but they stopped @ the backbone4 practical reasons. Also the French and Spanish each gave official deed2 north Arkansas. This irked the Osage, everyone knew those three European powers had no real power here in the Ozarks. But the Osage were wise, they treatied and worked with Cherokee through Olympiads and Bees, often held in conjunction there in Forty Islands, modern day Hardy. And occasionally over the course of one hundred and sixteen years Osage and Cherokee were friendly. Even when forced by some transgression2 assemble4 war, Osages often silhouetted on mountain tops, showing hundreds of horseback warriors, 2 warn the Cherokee they were coming, and give them time2 evacuate back2 Saint Francis River. Blood shed was minimized, reports back2 elders seen successful. Most native tribes did not want war with other tribes if it could b avoided. Bloodshed was more popular if it was against whites.

Other times chaotic bands of rogue Osage, posers with false flag and affiliation, horse thieves and slave raiders might wreak havoc and be gone quickly.

Agnos Arkansas was a toll station and trading post. It was likely unreligious. Agnostics of France were atheists I believe. Agnos sits astraddle French Cherokee and Irish Cherokee centers, they likely knew better than2 debate catholism and protestant or other religions with duels being fought just outside the backbone a few miles west over simple human disagreement and philosophy. Freedom of religion, or freedom from religion might have been Paramount, a tenet of Cherokee Ethic. Bushyhead's son was the first baptist preacher. Curia Creek was likely Catholic. There were HEbrew, There were likely numerous tiny sects and cults, all Cherokee, inside the backbone. Outside it they would scatter soon enough.

January 24 2020

Vision. Rain out. Just b4 dawn we got some more and called off work. Actually I had already cancelled but was considering it if it seemed 2 b dry but it ain't. Light rain this mid day again.

So I'm kind of stepping up my Facebook as far as defending myself from Russian influenced conservatives who troll4 hate and like T Rump try2 bully liberals with name calling and rally round the Nazi flag hooey. But Melania did that speech about bullying so that end is covered. That proves they are not bullies.

Conservatives thought her speech was awesome until we found out later that night several parts, lengthy parts were lifted ver batim from Michelle Obama's speech. Then they liked it better. Showed she has balls, they said but u can plainly c in her pics she has no balls.

New timeline:

1590s : English settle Roanoke Island. All trace disappears but4 buildings.

1600 Powhatan rules strong federation from Atlantic coast2 Ohio River.

1600s With metal adzes obtained from Roanoke Islanders, the canoe making industry explodes over several decades of competition an industry standard emerges.

1680s Cherokee experiencing ripple effects of new English settlements in Virginia and Carolina. Some take the new industry standard canoe, acknowledged as the fastest in North America, to the massive swamps and capes of the Ohio River.

Traveling as far west as possible brought them into the Ozarks. They found the area favorable but Osages chased them away using superior bows. On Saint Francis River they kept secret camp.

1696 Cherokee Dangerous Man, basically trading farm land4 guns, heads back2 the Ozarks better equipped. Quickly they moved up Southfork River.

1700s Numerous tiny migrations of a few canoes moved, always @ night, to and fro Saint Francis River and Kentucky, or Crow Lee's Ridge, paralleling Saint Francis River, and the Ozarks rising from swamp a few dozen miles west. slowly up2 600 families of Cherokee settlers emigrate.

Merging with french watermen, bringing Irish, Shawnee, Delewares, and Africans, Cherokee settle peacefully upon the EAstern Ozarks.

1721 Small pox ravages Cherokee in the east. Old School Shaman are expelled when they cannot heal it. They move2 Saint Francis River in Arkansas.

1740s Many Irish among Cherokee bring family from Ireland to farms on Strawberry River.

Cherokee move @ night among war and truce, false flag false treaty false captains, joining or fighting as council or circumstance dictates.

Pro French come to the Ozarks as France loses to England.

Pro English Cherokee come2 the Ozarks as England, now Great Britain, loses2 the colonists.

1770s Spain establishes strict trading zones, the northern limit of Cherokee territory in Arkansas is the modern day state line or thirty six thirty. since the Osage are still powerful, the western limit of Cherokee territory is the Devil Backbone, or the north south watershed between white and black rivers.

1780s strong migration west n2 Arkansas. Crow lees ridge populates with peaceful farms and export centers. Metal trade goods from Europe improve aspects of hardscrabble farm. Metal Plows, kettle...

1790s Major construction projects and infux of Scots cause strife among old council. A major north south road is cut then improved. Tribute is expected as wealthy travelers visit Forty Islands or Hardy Arkansas, where major craft fairs or bees take place.

1800s the Backbone filling up, war and peace between Osage and Cherokee is fluent. As Cherokee breech the bone things heat up. A sacred peace held the area as Tecumseh the great Shawnee worked the midsection of the continent2 build a coalition2 hold native lands west of the Mississippi. As he is bringing the vision 2 fruition the New Madrid Earthquakes hit and obliterated all hope4 native society.

1812 Cherokee here in Modern Day Cherokee Village Arkansas walk west, crossing the White River2 occupy Buffalo river twenty five years until forced2 Oklahoma. They imploded and disguised caves, and still know where they are. They left the fields cleared and planted, ready2 harvest.

I would think in the days leading up2 leaving in 1812 they abandoned some taboos on loudness and smoke In fact most likely fires sprung up all around as they dried meats, beaver and fish most likely, as both were farmed in reservoirs here. Lively bon fires and drumming, rattles and dancing would b purposefully loud. Gun shots were heard.

U would leave in summer so u could get established b4 winter. Canyons over on Buffalo are steeper than southfork, even more like the Appalachians many Cherokee, but not all, had known.

There was likely beating of metal, bag pipes and fiddles played, Roosters and hound dogs quickly brought over from Crow Lee's Ridge once pigeons were released 2 notify key posts of the key inter council decision2 breach the bone en masse. Shawnee and Delaware in common council with Cherokee announced the news. Though many kindred on Saint Francis River or Kentucky headed southwest2 Arkansas River and Texas, spurred on actually by presidents of the United States, the core group here of Old Cherokee, the very first western Keetoowah Old Settlers went2 the Buffalo.

Some factions, primarily the Scot Cherokee Faction, which was strong, held the Batesville Area, outside of the backbone, another few years b4 evacuating west in 1815.

The English had been working the system many years. Skirting the thirty six thirty line between Delawares and Cherokees they also worked government land offices with inside information or bribes, managing2 keep their farms from Spanish deed2 American. Irishmen, largely Cherokee in culture, barely speaking coherent English and way behind changes and new laws largely lost their farms. Though they were not Indian blood, their attempts2 keep land were over run by giant cattle companies and corporate slavers.

Yellow journalism was used early on in the first western newspapers. Natives such as the Cherokee, who did kill whites back east and killed scouts such as Lewis and Clarks counterparts, hanging them on crosses @ junctions of rivers as warnings, but also Quapaw, based in central Arkansas but accommodated successive exploiters, kind and sharing with European settlers, treaty after treaty usurped. Newspaper in Little Rock lusted4 their hard won treaty lands. Corporate puppet master owned newspaper and politicians in Little Rock. Fox News of the day demonized Native Americans, turned public sentiment away from Christian values, just so the rich could get richer.

T Rump caught on tape ordering Guilianis associates2 "get rid" of Ambassador 2 Ukraine.

He also hinted @ slashing medicare and medicaid, which he has already done and is shooting 4 more, despite thousands of promises never2 touch it.

Repos will scream socialism when dums try2 give health care2 everyone. They will scream no freedom when u have2 sign up and get an id4 free health care.

Crickets about the farm bailouts. And the difference between Obamas auto bail out? That was repaid with interest as negotiated. The farmers are not paying the billions back. Plus T Rump caused most of the pain with his bogus trade war. Russia got the contract after the interruption. And then God made it flood cos he hates Gays. Repos r now brainstorming how2 keep the right2 bear arms only 4 whites, and freedom of religion4 non Muslims.

January 22 2020

And we roll. Sleet. Sporadic. It held off til we got a job done. Early I was moving up a gigantic red oak on Lake Thunderbird in Cherokee Village. The lake was calm; serene, nary a ripple on the glassy smooth surface.

So I moved up sixty feet or so, spikeless of course, ANSI standard 4bids the use of spikes on pruning, and I have adhered2 the tenets of that standard since four years b4 it was adopted in nineteen ninety three.

So it was reducing the tree, taking numerous branches, most very large, over two houses. Rough and tough in the urban forest.

In the mix was a double white pine. One of the co dominant stems had another co dominant stem which I removed. We cleaned up nice and headed2 China Garden. Good folks.

So it should b sleeting and raining all night and all day 2moro. I have already cancelled 2moros job so maybe we can get back @it by Friday.

Senate impeachment trial underway with typical step by step proof of open bribery and obstruction, then streams of lies. more obstruction and cover ups. Take ur pick.

I kind of want2 hit the river and fish. Or shoot them. LIfe is a rapid river. Downstream will b a quiet stretch. I am an island. ONly I know the secrets of sycamores weeping. Slender willows tossing, madly dancing, straining, trembling, searching blind, screaming silent, smooth, listening2 babbling unceasing, weighing sighs and murmuring undecided, soft shoulders anchor willows, hard un4giving rock anchors they grasp with every ounce of knuckle and knee. Still relentless river grinds on willow, pressure of seething current erodes and bends2 its will. The river always wins. Islands will disappear over night. Willows will fail some day. Madly dancing and singing in the wind they are supple and strong.

Anyway Rebel Tree Care is on the job, grinding out jobs each morning now. Equipped with liability insurance the twenty ninth year in a row now we perform difficult pruning and removals. It's never ez.

january 21 2020

And we roll this quiet cold night. What a cold rough and tough day yo. Early I was ascending a very large post oak on Lake Thunderbird in Cherokee Village. The climb was ez, branches sturdy and wide crotched, spaced well4 climbing. PLus there was just enough room over the roof2 swing them down so the rigging was ez2. Sure there were some close calls, tips brushing the gutter or wires, butts slamming back 2ward me, stubs hanging me up. But it was not bad.

We also removed numerous volunteers coming out of the adjacent vacant lot and trimming branches off the yard. Basic reclamation. Also a skinny red oak got some suckers off2 improve the view of the lake.

Moron tap 2moro. Then prolly rain and snow moving in but I've got a handle on all this work and a good start on February.

Moscow Bitch busy rigging the impeachment trial. Boy those career repos sure are talking different about impeachment rules now that it's a repo on trial. They were completely different when it was a dum. That was serious stuff, a president getting a bj. Open bribery and endangering national security2 help Russia? Meh, Moscow Bitch will probably call4 recess. He says Donald does better with plenty of recess. They put adderall in his bottle4 nappy time.

January 20 2020

And we roll this dark early evening. Warming things up 4 the evening. Fires were low when I got home this afternoon but I got them going again.

Life is. I been feeling better over all after some pain when I got back2 work. I was fine with a brutal week last week so I'm actually doing well. Not hitting on all cylinders, but my engine will roar again someday lol.

Early this morning it was about fifteen degrees, some said six but we were red e, with cover alls and lined gloves. I had tools organized and gas already so we made our way2 a fine house on Spring River. Actually very close2 Southfork also.

First up was a gnarly viny bitch of a hickory. This one hung in an adjacent white oak but we were able 2 snatch it out.

Then it was the adjacent white oak, one sided and curving 2ward the house. Then a dead red oak near the house, fence, gas tanks and new communication pedestal. All three beasts were heavy with vines and complicated matters. Greatly. Although my feet were on the ground the whole morning, it was a stressful and slow process2 get them down safely.

Then it was lunch @ Chow on the square. And back @ it. Down the road a nice Cherokee Village home on Southfork river had 2 dead persimmons by the house and gas tank. Boom those hit just right, and missed the redbud.

On2 another job on Southfork River, a dead chinkapin leaning and curving n2 a larger tree, with smaller trees about that needed2 b missed. It was nip and tuck, with my very strong helper pulling quite hard. But boom that one hit on target.

We had still another job2 do but the client was @ the doctors office and it was no hurry so we are saving that one4 another day.

Rebel Tree Care. We are eating up January and will b rolling strong n2 February God Willing.

I do rant about politics here but rarely enter the fray on Facebook. I guess this morning I was reading an article about how T Rump not only has spent more than Obama did in eight years on golf and golf carts, but he directly pockets that $ yada yada. I guess I accidentally hit the little Facebook icon and shared it2 Facebook. So @ lunch I'm scrolling and realize I started a little something. Not a brutal argument or anything like some Facebook battles but a nice thread anyway. I hope it's done with. I'm sure there will b some conservative troll, or liberal, that tries2 spark it back up yada yada...

Moron tap 2moro. stay tuned.

January 16 2020

And we roll again. Brutal morning way way up above a nice house on Spring River.

I moved up spikeless, with gr8 effort and difficulty. Got up eighty or ninety feet aloft, removing side trunks or branches above the roof. slow and meticulous, u have2 look ahead, plan ur route. 4 instance u can't just go all the way2 the top and start rigging and roping. As the branch lowers it will tangle on lowers. U have2 rig and rope a few on the way up usually. Then the others can come down smooth without having2 climb up and down, that wears u out. Or rather, it wears me out.

So these2 tuliptrees are set4 a few years now.

Moron tap 2moro, but little climbing, numerous jobs removing or dropping hazard or dead, etc.

Uno i'm on a slick trip, I'm always red e, 2kick ass... TESLA...

I believe first Cherokees came here in canoes made from this tree. The tuliptree, or tulip poplar. Shaman must have worked @ waterfalls, mists and smoke swirling amid tulips. Just in this last year I have put 2gether tidbits and memories of oral legend of the area.. In the early part of the sixteenth hundreds there was a boom in Canoe making on the EAst Coast by various confederated or competing native American tribes. The metal adze, a batch of which was likely confiscated when the colony of Roanoke failed in the fifteen nineties, changed a centuries old industry. All along the east coast canoe arts exploded. The metal adze replaced stone and shell carving and spurred competition. Even then, once a certain craftsman or "company," created the perfect product, that became the industry standard, and inevitably others had2 copy that.

So @ some point on the Outer Banks strip somebody made the perfect canoe. Not only could this new standard Atlantic canoe race around the outer banks through hundreds of miles of Atlantic Ocean it could fly upstream on rivers, squeeze over sand or mud, carry plenty of people or cargo, and one man could drag it. Dragging the Canoe was a test of manhood.

Powhatan presided over an extensive confederacy of Native American Tribes @ this time. He and his descendants ruled that area of Modern day Virginia, Carolina, Maryland, etc. They toyed with the English, allowing them2 settle an area, then choosing an  opportune time2 slaughter them. It is widely assumed he was responsible4 the disappearance of the Roanoke settlers. And their Adzes.

Northern Cherokee held the southern borders of this tight federation. River travel was secure if those afloat held proper affiliation. The Ohio River and Western Virginia were the northern border of Cherokee territory. So as Cherokee adopted the Atlantic standard canoe4 movement on Rivers, they used federation security2 navigate and portage safely.

By the sixteen eighties Some Cherokee and remnants of the fading Powhatan territory, beginning 2 feel pressure from European settlers, made exploratory movement n2 the Ohio River.

Befriending frenchmen who had traveled the world over, boating every body of water on any continent, Cherokee learned that when the water was high, the big swamps full, Flat water stretched from Western Virginia all the way2 the Gulf of Mexico...

`    There were areas of dense cypress, willow or cane, but also many gigantic open pools of slack water. There were tides in this vast fresh water Ocean, as the French and Cherokee called it.

Observing strict ethic and proven demeanor of war, Cherokee, Powhatan, Frenchmen, and others: Shawnee and Delaware, and probably Appamatox or others traveled @ night. The Delaware word4 the Green Briar, or north fork of the Konawha is Dark Path.

So heading n2 the sun each afternoon Cherokee traveled one hundred miles more or less each night, There were fewer loops in the path of the Ohio river, water levels of the day, especially in the spring filled valleys and made travel more of straight lines from point2 point. Soon the coalition found the Mississippi River, hundreds of miles across there @ the junction and on in2 the Ozarks. Frenchmen name it Cape Girardeaux. At the time the largest fresh water cape on the planet.

Osage claimed the Ozarks. Most of the Ozarks. But they neglected south fork and Spring River, leaving it abandoned most of the year so when they came2 harvest game they would b successful. Plus they were beset with war and changing culture. traditionally water travelers, now horse culture predominated, buffalo chasing and  slave culture also. They were stretched thin, based over Near spring field Missouri it was a long ride over here2 Forty Islands, much less Black Rock.

So Cherokee and Powhatan moved quietly @ night, getting a feel for the Ozarks, making camps on the very edge of the Ozarks so they could flee over Open water if needed. and they needed.  Cherokee, expert bowmen, cunning hunters and warriors eventually came up against Osage rangers, who likely scouted2 the eastern Edge of Ozark escarpment where Cherokee held quiet camp near modern day what else? Powhatan and Pocahontas.

But these initial incursions did not go well4 Cherokee. When they faced off with Osages they were defeated quickly. Osages used the Beax D'arc tree, or Osage orange4 there bows. These proved2 b the strongest on the planet. Where Cherokee could kill @ forty yards Osage could kill @ eighty.

Attempts were made2 use cross bows. But   the instruments were temperamental and fragile, didn't work that great4 adverse war conditions. So by sixteen ninety, Cherokee evacuated the Ozarks and, leaving a few scouts @ posts on Saint Francis River and Crowleys Ridge, they went back2 Carolina. Or @ least closer2 the old country of Carolina, the high country of Kentucky.

The return trip was likely via the Cumberland or Kentucky rivers, and mule trains likely from there.

Still the English moved west from the coast n2 central Virginia and Carolina. Guns gave the English, and the Dutch more leverage. As Cherokees gave up land they got guns. with firearms and evicted, they again moved west with the fastest canoes in North America, and guns.

This time, in sixteen ninety six not only did they slide in the back door of Osage domain, they implemented even stricter rules of trespass. By council and persuasion they tabood burning of fires in daylight, axes, roosters and hound dogs, unless muted, most drumming and singing, beating of metal... They did use saws, mules, I assume mules muted or muffled in some way cos mules can make some noise. Cherokee now had guns but did not use them unless it was life or death. Quietly this second batch of Western Cherokee laid claim that lasted one hundred and sixteen years. Other than brief temporary evacuations2 Saint Francis River Cherokee ran farms and villages here until mid eighteen twelve.

Fog out. Heavy dripping fog has stopped the Tree Care train4 the day. Conditions must b perfect 4 this job, and other jobs So I will piddle and run. Errands yada yada. Needed a break anyway.

Take a drive. Look@ trees. Talk about them.

I have2 make my annual pilgrimage 2 Cherokee Village City Hall and reup my business license. They will listen politely as I explain ANSI standard 2 them and how thousands of cities and communities nation wide have adopted the standard as ordnance. They will say they will look n2 it and they will never. From the top of government down they are afraid. They don't research or make waves, only follow prevailing winds like so many political entities. Plus I'm2 sure of myself, drive a non shiny truck, and have long hair.

I have also told them repeatedly2 join the National Arbor Day foundation as a municipality. They would have access2 pamphlets and materials2 help a community improve it's trees and correct many imperceptions, make informed decisions. Yada yada. The Cherokee Village Townhouses had a secretary that took this seriously a few years ago and we got2 work trying2 get them correct. Sadly she moved away and the area went back2 the old ways of hiring bs artists and non standard hack workers. WE had a priority system, an organized, computerized sectional descriptions, etc. Now? meh.

So we rock on. ONe tree @ a time.

January 14 2020

And we roll. Piddling long hours this evening. It does not stress or tire, placing items in rightful spaces.

This morning was a nice Rebel Tree Care job in Hardy. It was2 wet2 do the scheduled job of spikeless ascent of super tall tuliptrees. So we got down 2 earth, staying close2 the ground. I did go twenty feet up a maple2 reduce it away from the house, and had2 get on the house2 battle a redbud, and I used a long manual pole saw2 trim a bushy crabapple, ornamental oak, elm, hackberry, holly... Maybe more. Proper cuts. proper pruning all the way around. As always, Rebel Tree Care does quality work...

The client hasn't seen the holly yet. She may freak.

So I'm working the angles, I have a two wheel drive and a four wheel drive, and sometimes I put the chipper on the trailer. Other times we need the trailer empty yada yada. But it's Saul Goode most times. The important thing is quality. Although two trucks double the gas, the gas is not a major expense. Any job in Cherokee Village, Ash Flat, or Hardy is within five miles so it's not like I use alot.

T Rump 2day: "It doesn't matter what my motivations were risking war."

Also T Rump 2day, " I alone stand4 protecting preexisting protections. I'm trying2 get the courts 2 hold off on destroying them until after the election. Sure, it's my law suit they are deciding."

Guiliani associates bring new evidence. They say T Rump never wanted an investigation n2 Biden. Just the announcement of an investigation would have sufficed. Not a joke.

Kellyann Conway violates the Hatch Act4 the record setting twentieth time.
