I acknowledge that canoeing is an inherently dangerous sport, and that I have been advised to wear a life jacket(supplied) at all times

I agree to use all equipment in a safe and responsible manner and at my own risk, returning equipment in good condition.

I agree to be responsible for loss or damage of equipment due to theft or other causes while equipment is in my possession, including use by other people.

Rebelriver.com shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries caused by use of equipment or for any accidents or injuries occurring during canoe trips, or in route to put in or take out.

Rebelriver.com and Alan Williams shall be held harmless in case any suit be brought for any injuries by the use or operation of said equipment pursuant to this agreement.

I am eighteen years of age or older or hereby warrant that I have consent of my parents or guardian to participate in any Rebelriver.com activity such as canoeing, mountain bicycling, swimming, fishing, games or music.
